Susan was extremely helpful and found exactly what I would comfortable. She helped to show me different fabrics that I was looking for as well as coordinating pillows. I would highly recommend stopping at Haverty's and asking for Susan.

Very disappointed with salesperson called David. I was greeted by him and had few questions, but i got ignored by him while he was working with another couple. Poor costumer service!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Havertys in Naples, Florida — all thanks to Lori! Just a couple of hours before, we had visited the Fort Myers location and had an awful, disappointing experience there. Lori completely turned things around for us.
She was incredibly friendly, funny, and personable. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. She took the time to explain all the details and options available for the sectional we were interested in, and her knowledge and attention to detail were impeccable.
Thanks to Lori, we left with a beautiful sectional that same day — and even later that evening, when I wanted to add an additional piece, I was able to text her directly. She made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
If you’re shopping at Havertys in Naples, do yourself a favor and ask for Lori. She truly goes above and beyond!

Susan met us at the door with a warm smile. She assisted us in choosing a love seat and sofa. She was knowledgeable, charming and patient. We were very comfortable with her presentation of the products and her complete understanding of the positives and negatives of each. We had a wonderful experience with Susan and our choices. I bought 2 bedroom sets and few pieces were delivered damaged. I called the costumer service to find a solution and they decided to just repair, not replace the furniture. This is unacceptable. I also called 3 times to speak with the store manager but he didn't answer. Is not the first time i purchase furniture from this store and I've never had any problem. Very disappointed by the management and im not going to purchase there any more!

Was passing by and decided to explore ideas for an unfurnished loft area. Harry greeted us and formed a fast friendship sharing Haverty's and his own amazing story. We selected a sectional and lighting that we liked and had it in home a day later. Easy terms, loved that everything has in home trial, and sales staff is exceptional to deal with.
