This store has the best selection when is comes to my crafting needs and I have lot of different hobbies to keep me busy! And the management is awesome as well, they are always so helpful and a smile never leaves their faces. I can't find the same sales price anywhere else. Everytime I go there I am prepared to spend hours perusing the aisles and the prices never break my budget. I was shocked to see how reasonably priced the storage containers cost and also by the huge selection they offer! I will be back again and again!

I was yelled at by an employee for going into the framing room. The room is completely open to the public (like a literal 5 feet long open entrance), there are no doors closing it off and there are no signs that state employees only or that customers are not allowed in. I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to go in there and i immediately apologized and stepped out but… did I have to be scolded like I was a child? I had no idea! They could have just said please step outside nicely but I was quite literally yelled at.

I called first to be sure they had what I was looking for and a friendly person answered and quickly connected me with the department associate to help me. Stacy not only helped me over the phone with accurate information but when I arrived at the store she made sure I found what I was looking for. She was very kind and went out of her way to be sure I had what I needed. Everyone that works there was very friendly even though it was near closing time, they never made me feel rushed. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I've ALWAYS LOVED HOBBY LOBBY, but their prices are just getting too high, even with the 30-40-50% discounts. These are the two things I bought. The hearts were 40%off and came out to be 20 or 21 bucks and the three piece tree with 40% off came to 30 bucks. It's definitely not worth the money because it's very cheap quality, but I liked it and I get what I like lol

Beth is the name of the cashier who helped me! I can understand that you can have a bad day but I can't understand how you are kind to others and to me who went to return something and stayed to buy and when I went to pay I had to put up with your bad attitude! I don't want to think that I was like that because I don't speak English well! I'm sorry for not pronouncing correctly your job is to charge not to bother you because of my accent! If you don't like your job Beth, there are many others! I live in Lely Resort and I always go because it is very close to me and it is the first time in 5 years that this has happened to me in this store. I love this place, I buy many things there every season! Now I don't want to go back! The photo is so that you remember who I am and I hope you are kinder! and you don't have to say your welcome if I haven't thanked you! You can't thank someone who is rude!
