Terrible customer service. I waited patiently while an employee with red hair in the AC vent aisle insisted on continuing his conversation about the tax benefits of having an EV car. Despite making eye contact multiple times he would not acknowledge the fact I may need help. After awhile the customer he was talking to finally inisited he help me, but he still said nothing or acknowledged me. I'll be taking my business purchases else where.

The lack of service and knowledge of bathroom faucets was shocking. I'm hopeful this is only the case with the Naples HD. Sadly, I was dealing with two people from the correct dept.

Just got a delivery from this store and it was short 2 items. But the delivery said I got everything I ordered. I had to spend time on the phone again with HD to get another order set straight. On the phone they finally admitted that they had not enough in store but tried to charge me for it. This is just not OK. A customer should not have to get after his money because someone at HD can not count to ten or is trying to rip off a customer intentionally. I order for thousands of dollars every year and expect to get good quality but the service of all the HD's done here in SW Florida is going down month by month. Guess I have to give Lowes a chance.

Worst treatment from any Home Depot paint or paint store, went to get get help on colors on July 2 at 10:30 pm. Left the store at 11:15pm.
Lady at the paint section will not answer questions to other customers, didn’t even look them in the face they kept calling her for help , I spend the whole time waiting there and when she help the people in front of me I decided to leave just because the way she treated people. She act like her knowledge was way superior that anyone else and everyone was wrong. She will never look at people when answering a question and will ask the same questions before anyone talk, how can you call this customer help?

Mr. Jorge Penton treats clients like a professional. Last Sunday I went to this home depot to rent equipment and the man always has a very special treatment and he also explains in detail any questions you may have. I 100% recommend this tool and equipment rental department. Thank you for the excellent service you provide.

The employees are friendly, but the manager is never there, I tried going in to ask for her and she's never there. I tried 5 different times when they told me she was scheduled, and still never there. Also there is one very rude employee, she claimed she was the district manager, chanel, I believe it was. I would have had better luck talking to a chair. All I wanted was info and she refused to help because she said she didn't have time for me. I ended up at Lowe's and did my purchase there. Because of her you lost a customer forever.

horrible customer service. refused to give us a reciept for all three transactions, which we needed to have for the customers we were doing work for. was told "there is no possible way to look up previous reciepts" which is complete b.s, I work in retail, any p.o.s system has previous reciepts stored, and are easily accessed. went there a seperate time to get sheets of plywood for a job, half the stack was completely covered in mold, amd when we asked for a sheet that didn't have mold all over it they acted like we were inconveniencing them. how they can even sell people sheets of plywood that are covered in mold is absolutely insane.

12 minute phone call and was transferred 6 times with no one answering each time the lady transferred, I guess I can get my anwser by driving two hours faster then to get a single employee to take the initiative to help with my tile order! This is why I tell my clients to use floor & decor
