Lack customer service. Whenever you purchase something, make sure it works at the store or they won't refund you.30 minutes in lane they gonna say you can have a gift card for HALF the price you bought the item. They don't even keep your name in their system, so once you are out the store they won't be able to track what you buy.

Absolutely luv the selection, BUT there is an employee Tom, that is extremely rude, abusive. Last summer could not believe my eyes when I saw him push a piece of furniture into the aisle exactly when two women were walking past, he almost knocked one over. He has been verbally abusive to several female customers. Try to avoid this store whenever he is there. He has even bragged that he is not going to apologize to for being rude. Contacting human resources Tuesday morning, honestly this is just the final straw and won't be shopping there anymore. Not that home goods cares.
