Prices are not good, everywhere company price was better. But I didn't check and I had to pay too much

Unreal experience. I booked an appointment for assistance with filing a tax reportable form. I waited 30 minutes before being told that my tax professional had not showed up and was unreachable. Annoying but they were able to fit me in with another accountant. I explained my situation. The accountant told me that I didn’t need to file anything but that he was more than happy to take my money. While I didn’t buy his explanation I understood I had a unique situation and maybe it was outside his expertise. After leaving, I got to my car only to see that the accountant had chased me down and now agreed that I did need to file a form. Again, annoying but at least I was going to get some service now. When back in the office, I should have known something was amiss when his browser was open to investopedia. Anyway, after 15 more minutes the tax professional grew frustrated and told me he could not complete the form after all. He suggested another H\\u0026R block office, but I politely declined. I guess he wasn’t happy to take my money after all. Zero stars.

I got to my scheduled appointment on time. I understand that appointments before me can run over but It was nearly 30 minutes if not longer before I was taken back. Then it seemed like my time was rushed. I had to come back the following day to finish up because of an issue with the preparer having trouble filling out a form. Then the second day, it was supposed to be in and out but the preparer was doing mine and someone else's at the same time. I'm not really sure I got all of the benefits I could have and I know I didn't get approx. $265 00 worth of attention or service. Let me be clear, my preparer is a very nice person but needs to concentrate on one custo.er at a time. Also, don't take in walk-ins right before someone with an appointment.
