H&R Block employees are professional, kind, and personable. They completed taxes in a timely manner and gave helpful tips for next year. The partner and the person who handled the taxes were kind, experienced, prompt, and patient, and the partner will return and recommend the service to family and friends. Service was good, and a lobby sign promised discussion of pricing costs, but it was not discussed and the service exceeded expectations. Some customers felt the office seemed unorganized, with poor communication between employees, yet everything ultimately worked out.
Anna is just the best to deal with. I look forward to seeing her every year.

My taxes were done but I needed my IRS pin number. Ana my agent helped me as much as she could but she had a next appointment.
