I emailed Icon Pools on Sunday 11/26 and told them I was having heater problems, with company coming in 12/1. Alan answered my email that night. A technician was out on Monday 11/27 and confirmed my compressor was not working. Alan said he could fix it, but was a 2011 model and probably reaching the end of its life. So he recommended a unit that was a little larger than I needed, which he told me upfront, but the price difference was nominal. By the way, the price was VERY fair. Well, I had a new heater on 11/29. My family was in town for 12 days at Christmas and during all of the cool weather I was able to keep my pool at 90 degrees. I HIGHLY recommend Icon Pools for their weekly service and their service work.Mike Schiavone

Not satisfied with their service and canceled them. They continued to submit unauthorized charges to my credit card for four months. Would run away as fast as you can!

Terrible, pool was never cleaned, they spent 5 minutes at my house and just squirt water around the patio to look like they were there.

Icon has been servicing our pool for over 2 years ( when we were and weren’t in residence). They have done a great job with week to week maintenance and with fixing problems as they occur with equipment. They respond quickly to calls and have always been professional and prompt!

I used Icon to maintain my pool for 6 months while I was away. Total mistake. I honestly don't think they did any cleaning. All the photos of the filter where just staged. They asked for repairs that didn't need to be done. Huge waste of money- I don't know how it could have been a worse experience. Walked in to a green pool and had to email constantly to get it fixed. Unorganized and horrible communication. I get it- its 2022 and pool tech employees are hard to come by, but for $130 a month you at least expect some level of professionalism and work being done.Edit: ICON POOL CARE: FYI Instead of bickering with customers you should look inward and figure out how you can improve your business. Your recent 5 in a row 1 star reviews should be a clue you need to change something.Services: Vacuuming

VERY DISAPPOINTED, A very bad service experience with this company,If you are looking for a company that maintains your pool that with so much sacrifice you have made for the enjoyment of you and your family, this is not the most recommended.I recommend that everyone receive services at home put security cameras and record everything because many companies like these do not fulfill what they promise and do what they want even though one is the one who is paying to receive a service of quality and excellence.My monthly payments were automatic and if it were not for the fact that I have security cameras in my house I do not realize the services offered by this company, every week at the end of the service the technician sends an email with a report of what was done and not every week indicated the right thing, indicated that they had done vacum when in the camera at no time was shown doing the work, on another occasion that the complete work could not be done because it was raining or with lightning when in the camera it showed the opposite. It was that simply the technician that day did the work he felt to do and not the one he should. It is unfortunately that a company like this that you had a professional expectation of does not have employees who can be trusted. As a client I have every right to call the office to indicate that the service was not received as it was according to contract.There are many other companies that are honest and provide quality services.If you looking quality, honestly, professional people, Icon Pool not its the option.I have all the evidences of what is mentioned here as the whole truth.Services: General repairs

Icon pool was hired to build and take care of a fountain in front of our house once a week, a $60 fee. One of the bubbler tubes has had to be repaired twice, in the last year, a charge of $125 per repair. Now it needs repair again and it was within the one-year warranty so I asked them to cover it, which they refused. Apparently there is no warranty on their service nor is there a warranty on “little” parts according to the service person I talked to. The technician that came out took pictures of the pool, and did not include that bubbler in the picture, and reported that everything was fine. We also have lights that are out which we’re not addressed in the service call. Definitely not the service company we expected!

A pool that is cleaned weekly should not look like this. I contacted the company about this and received no acknowledgment or response. That was over a month ago. To make matters worse they recently raised their rates. Today they came, skimmed the pool surface and left. No brushing the sides no checking the water.

I think Icon does a pretty darn good job. They are punctual, and our pool always looks great! They do a nice job even cleaning the salt or calcium deposits which always appear on the tile, and wow are those things difficult to remove. Anyway, big thank you to Icon!

We bought a home that had a fountain that was serviced by icon pool. One of the Fountain PVC pipes has blown out of its connection 3 times. We pay $60 a week to have the fountain serviced and not one of those times were we told, nor did they feature it in their picture, that the pipe was broken. We paid $125 twice to have them fix it in the last year, once my husband attempted to fix it. I asked what their warranty was on their service and there is none. She said they don't warranty "little" parts nor their service. I am disgusted with their lack of customer service and that their technician would come out every week and see that the pipe was broken and not mention it to us. Then to purposely take pictures of the work that they did that didn't include the broken pipe!

When I moved into my house the pool and pumps had been maintained to a low standard, Icon came in and in a very short time had replaced the faulty equipment and cleaned the pool to a excellent standard. Nothing was to much trouble and i asked a lot of questions. They have been maintaining the pool ever since,Thoroughly recommended.

So I have been in the service industry my entire life. It pains me to write a bad review and i usually would just bite my tongue. But if i can save one person from using this company it'll be worth it.Absolutely horrendous. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.After my previous pool company closed its doors I decided to give Icon a shot. Within three weeks my pool was totally green with algae, they said that my previous company had chemicals "way out of whack" and they were "readjusting" them to the correct level. Well ever since the week I hired them and now three months later, my pool is completely green, totally unswimmable AND my pool pump is no longer working.If it rains, they will not show up and they will not reschedule for that week so your pool will go two weeks without chemicals.The tech I had clearly had no idea what she was doing. Complete waste of money. And now I have to spend over $700 to have another company come fix their mistakes. Did i mention I called to cancel my pool service for August two weeks ago and I still got charged?It's impossible to get anyone on the phone that knows what their doing. No matter how many times i asked for a phone call I never got one... Just awful.Save your money and go with another company.

I have had their service since the new owners took over and I can tell you that despite repeated pleas to take care of my pool properly over the summer they haven't for the last two years. I have a son who lives in Orlando who came last summer and said the pool was filthy so I called them. This past Thursday I arrived unannounced to find the pool they supposably cleaned on Tuesday filthy! I wrote them but they evidently didn't read my email. he man came today was literally here for less than 3 minutes (think he measured the ph and left) I called them they sent him back where he spent maybe 5-7 mins cleaning the pool. Bottom line is even though they charge you fully over the summer they don't really clean your pool properly to they think you are coming back! I'm finding a new "year round" pool service!
