Buying here was a massive mistake. This dealership shows zero professionalism, absolutely no ethics, and a complete lack of respect toward its customers.The most embarrassing part? They start threatening repossession after only ONE week of late payment. That level of desperation speaks volumes about how poorly this place is managed.
If you enjoy wasting your money and being mistreated, this is the perfect spot. Otherwise, do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. Real dealerships treat customers like humans — this one clearly does not.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car thanks to my sales associate (Noe) is his name. He was incredibly patient, kind, and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me find exactly the car I wanted. Everything went smoothly from start to finish no pressure, no hassle, just a truly seamless experience. Car started off good after a week or so had to return it 3times for same issue(transmission) then was told we are not mechanics ok if you not mechanics why have me bring the vehicle?? and call to speak to someone advised them car was not running transmission was going out car won’t move pass 10mph called to speak someone was given an attitude by receptionist refused to listen to what I had to say..was trying to over talk me when I was speaking told me manager wasn’t in if I think she was lying come in and see..what kind of customer service is Thats when customers are spending their money..nice cars but not service

I bought a Infiniti that had a great appearance was told that when I pick it up it will be in complete working order waited over a week to even get the car and when I did and got there they couldn’t get the car to turn off. I sat there six hours while they tried to fix it and ended up leaving again with no car. After they finally ended up giving me the car I was told that they would get it in the shop and fix it and that took another two weeks all the while trying to drive a car that the lights didn’t work the blinkers as well as windshield wipers and would start or turn off after it did start. They took it into there supposed shop and was told a day or two and it sat there a week. I went by every day and it wasn’t even in the shop and the whole time I had to Uber back and forth to work. Cost me four hundred dollars. Then they finally gave me the car back and the first rain we had the car did the same exact thing. The worst experience I have an ever had by far with a car dealer and honestly am gonna have to go to court over it. Please stay away from these people they should not be allowed to sell cars that don’t work. I am still without a vehicle at this point !
