Staff are kind, helpful and fair, answering questions and showing around the apartments. The apartments are not new but have realistic expectations and are well taken care of, with remodeling they’re doing. Rent is affordable compared to other rentals in the area, a good option for families, working class and anyone looking for housing near downtown. Tyler is always very kind and helpful. This is pretty much the best location of affordable apartments you’re gonna find in Naples Fl. We’ve rented here twice now, a couple years apart. They aren’t new, so have realistic expectations and you’ll love it here!

I love jade's apartment, it's so peaceful and i love the pool and the gym across the street. It's closer to down town Naples and central beach.
