What a horrendous experience. I was charged over $300 just to be told my car needs $4k worth of repairs! When I said I'd rather buy a new Jaguar than do that, they waited days and days to call me back. So I was left with no choice but look at other options. $300 for no repairs is insane. Jaguar should have done better for a loyal customer.

My wife and I worked with Tanner for our car. We live in Virginia and we were a little apprehensive with purchasing our car without seeing it in person and test driving it.
However, Tanner made the process a breeze. He answered our questions and provided each step in detail. We felt comfortable during the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

Nothing but high-end professional experience at Jaguar Naples. We drove over from Miami because no-one in SoFlo could match the level of sincerity and determinedness we were offered as we searched far and wide for our I-pace. Sean stayed late on a Friday to help us receive our new vehicle and Jag Naples even offered to have it shipped at no extra costs. THIS is customer service.

Brought my car in for service and you would have thought I was putting one together from scratch. They sent a repair estimate detailing everything they wanted to fix from a tire, to a rim, to a bad mat, to another oil change (I literally just had). My gosh, fix the issue at hand and stop trying to nickle and dime everyone. Dealerships wonder why people don't trust them. Pay the tech an honest wage and stop trying to upsell everything you possibly can BEYONE it's necessary realm. For the price quoted, I could have bought a new car. It's absurd and I expected much more from the local dealership than this.

These cars are very expensive and complicated to repair. From time to time they need some attention. Oil changes, etc. if you want the job done right. This is the only place to go! You get what you pay for. 👍🏻

Bought new tires from them. After only 13,000 miles was told I needed new tires again. My services advisor never suggested the tires be rotated even though I have had the car in for service several times. At least they could have suggested the tires be rotated the day I was in for service for something else, instead of just telling me I will need new tires soon and let me leave.

As a longtime Jaguar enthusiast, I buy several jaguars a year and often look to service departments for any records or particulars on older model cars that they may have. I recently bought a low mileage S type and requested through my New York dealer if they could give me a spec sheet on the vehicle. well after four days of going back-and-forth, they were not helpful. I emailed Jennifer Mickey and within 15 minutes she provided me with the exact information I needed, I will continue to use Jaguar Naples for all service needs as well as sales and just wanted to point out what a difference when dealing with somebody professional like Jennifer. This dealership rates extremely high .. no pressure, all questions answered, vehicles totally explained and demonstrated, and each person we encountered was totally "down to earth" did not go to purchase however... it seemed a no brainer.
