“Stopped by this place yesterday real quick after work to have a necklace repaired. Was greeted by a friendly guy that took one look at my necklace and said hold on a sec. I looked through their beautiful collection maybe (3) minutes ...TOPS and he comes out and says all fixed. I was like WOW!!!! Already?!?!?! I said it looks great and he said no charge! I was floored. I was like why?!? He says easy fix no need for money for (3) minutes of time. A month ago I took the same necklace for the same repair to a jeweler on 41 and they said it would take a week and $80. So you tell me where you'd go!!!! Kudos to Dury Jewelry for their honesty!”

It was my first time getting to handle a particular watch brand in person and the experience was incredible.We started by going into a watch store across from Yamron's where we were not acknowledged by the gentleman in the Rolex section. The gentleman seemed to be mindlessly scrolling on a social media sight and did not even lift his head to see us let alone speak to us.Yamron's staff provided superior customer service, we spent a considerable amount of time with Scott. Even though we were not able to purchase the watch we wanted (out of our control) he still spent approximately an hour sharing his experiences within the watch world, asking us about our interests, and showing us product.It seemed like Scott was the owner of the store, judging by his level of engagement and interest. “I came in to sell numerous pieces of jewelry. This was my first stop. I didn’t realize they only buy the gold and not any stones that maybe hold diamonds or any kind of stone. He offered to remove the stones for the gold, otherwise he just includes the weight with the stones and its gold prices. I would never remove stones but was curious how much the gold cost. He was knowledgeable about what I had, except another jeweler paid double for the gold on my named jewelry Tiffany Cartier and they paid on the stones I have as well. I was told here - gold costs the same with or without a brand name. I’m glad the suggestion was made to get alternate pricing instead of just selling the gold. Thank you again for your help! Ps I’m the lady who generously gifted my Tiffany silver to a repeat client of yours.”
