Bryce was very professional and personable. One of the best oil change experiences I have ever had! Since it was so close to my work and house I selected Jiffy Lube and was very impressed with the overall experience. Can I leave 6 stars for Bryce? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in today in the pouring rain and got the best service ever. Everyone was friendly and great. They did a signature oil change, vacuumed my car and even rotated my tires. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs a quick change with friendly and excellent service.

My first time visiting this Jiffy Lube in Naples Fl. Off of Golden Gate Parkway. The service was excellent! I was extremely satisfied with the customer service as well ! I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube especially the location off of Golden Gate Parkway!!

I suggest you get your estimate in writing, as their word means nothing. I was given a verbal estimate while my car was in the bay. The estimate was a total of $288, a number of other services where recommended but I declined as I only carried $300. I told the service person I only had $300 could only do a new battery and top off oil. I was slapped. With $310 a the end. I was told it will be $288. Bunch of lying thieves.

This was my first time to this place and definitely the last time. I went in for an oil change and at first everything was going ok until the tech start the car without depressing the brake to gather the info he needed. He then left the car for the other tech to pull it towards the oil change area. Not sure the amount of time between all that but when the second tech try to drive the car the battery died. Now he's saying that my battery is no good and I should buy one from them. Mind you I bought this battery a year ago so I knew he was lying. Anyways I decline the service twice. When I was paying he had the nerves to try and scare me that make sure the next place you stop is to buy a new battery because it won't start after you shut the car off again. Now I got a little scared and stress thinking what if he's telling the truth since he won't stop about this battery. Long story short my car is driving just as before with the same battery and I even got it check and there is plenty of life left.Service: Oil change

HORRIBLE! Waited over 2 hours and there were only 3 cars in front of me. Unless you’re willing to wait about 30-40 minutes per car I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Worker’s unbelievably slow. Go to Valvoline ??
