Wish they had a better fabric selection for bottom weight twill and jean fabric. I also can't find 100% cotton twill tape in various widths. Otherwise, they have an excellent selection of calico, broadcloth, polar fleece, specialty fabrics, drapery, and upholstery fabrics. Sign up for the coupons online and get on the mailing and text message list for great deals. The employees, men and women both are always helpful and friendly. Kudos folks!!!

Been here twice in as many weeks. Couldn't find what I needed so asked one of the staff; she was no nice, explained which would better serve my needs. Didn't realize until I returned home that the product that I purchased had a big sign on the shelf,"Buy 4 for $5" but I was charged full price. I will be more observant next time. The store is well stocked and super busy during season so I try to go early. FYI, I should have gotten the name of the girl that assisted me as well as the cashier. I will be back.

Today (9/17/23) I went to Joann's, to find everything I could possibly need to fix the base of a 1960's jewelry box. Anything related to sewing is just not in my wheelhouse, so I had no idea what I was looking for. But today I met Amber, the store manager, and OH MY GOODNESS, she was AMAZING!!! I showed her pictures of the original base and explained what I am attempting to do. Amber took the time to go over every step of the project with me; explaining what "chip" board is and how to cut it to size, how I could use a button or a bead instead of a tack and how to sew it on tight to give the fabric a puckered look. She took time to locate the color & type of fabric I was looking for (long shot a champagne velvet) as well as the alternative color I chose to go with and so much more. Amber, was truly wonderful, and I appreciate all the time she spent making sure I had everything I needed to fix this incredibly special heirloom. Before I left, Amber told me if I need help with anything or not sure what to do, then to bring in the project and and ask for her. Thank you Amber for being so amazing!

EDIT: To add that I just went again and met the amazing (ASM?) Shirley!!! Thank you so much Shirley double checking for coupons and suggesting I check the app and saving me even more $!I can’t begin to explain in a single review how incredibly amazing the employees at the Naples Blvd Joann’s are. They are truly THE BEST and helped me out so much over the past couple of days. To start, Amber (not Amber F the other Amber :) ) helped me with my initial transaction where I made an extremely large purchase with hundreds of items that had to manually be repriced to price match a sale. She was so kind and helped without question and made sure all the items I was purchasing were changed to the sale price. Later on I decided to buy more products online as the sale price was so good, upon doing so I missed the cutoff but - to my luck- the price got even cheaper! Butttt you can see where this leads . . . I now had paid more for all the items the previous day than I would have if I had purchased them on the new sale. So this led me to reach out to Joann corporate, who were very kind, (thank you Ashley in customer service!) and let me know (very kindly!) that since my purchase was in store and not online she wouldn’t be able to help with do a price adjustment refund, and the only way I could get the money back for the price difference was to return ALL the items (mind you this is hundreds of items!) and have them rescanned for purchase. So next chapter led me back in store where I met our final amazing stars, Amber F and Kristina, these two ladies are truly amazing and I appreciate their help so so so much! Amber F was there when I originally made my first purchase and understood what needed to be done to return all the items and resell them back to me at the sale price and she got STRAIGHT TO WORK! This amazing lady HUSTLED and scanned ALL of my items TWICE through! Once to return them all and twice to resell them at the new cheaper price. Kristina was amazing at helping me lay out my items for Amber F to scan them fast, bag them up to keep things organized during the whole process, and when customers came up she would immediately go over and check them out as these two ladies were the only two up at the register during this time. They helped me start to finish and were so kind, caring, and understanding throughout the entire process, not once being angry that I was making them do so much work so I could get some money back. All in all this series of events did help me save an extra $200 dollars which is absolutely incredible and I 1000% from the bottom of my heart appreciate the help of all the women mentioned in this post, Amber, Ashley, Amber F, Kristina, and the lovely lady who I feel so bad whose name I forgot from the coconut point location. You all were so so so kind, AND TO THE GM of the Naples store: you have some AMAZING team members working for you!! Especially Amber F and Kristina, they were so incredibly helpful in processing my returns so I could repurchase and get my money back. I felt so bad having to go about it this way but I couldn’t have made this happen without their kindness and expertise at their jobs. So PLEASE make sure ALL these ladies get a proper **MAJOR** THANK YOU in some way as I am beyond grateful. A bonus is well deserved on all accounts for every one of them! Thank you all again and as a note to Joann Corporate suggestions: A) please allow price adjustment returns, this is what happens when your system can’t accommodate that. And the majority of the time people will do the return just to get their money back, and I can only assume those stats don’t look good for business. As well as it takes your employees away from doing actual work that helps the company. AND B) PLEASE update your website, the format in which you add things to your cart and choose shipping is WILDLY outdated and very much needs fresh eyes from a new developer. Making these changes to the website will improve the online shopping experience IMMENSELY and, as a customer, would promote me to shop online much more.

Manager seems lazy, thats my perspective. I ordered fabric online ready to pick up in store. They canceled my order because it was out of stock. I called the store and asked if they had that fabric in another color but manager said they dont know because they go by item number and I had to order online and then they will let me know if they have it. So, I asked again, can you just go look if they have the linen fabric in different color. But again she said they dont know because they go by item number.Stupid and lazy answer because if I was there in person and asked for linen fabric, they would have to go look for it. So whats the difference? Not very happy with this manager.I gave it a 3 star only because the lady in cash register is sweet and I been there a couple of times.

Nicest girl at register . she had a long line and remained cool and helpful. Smiled the whole time and greeted each person with that smile. She was all alone but her great attitude made the wait easy.

Staff not always helpful or knowledgeable re merchandise!Also: trying to call store is nearly impossible?! After mult. “rings”, someone very RAPIDLY says: “You will be on hold”, switches yu back to “hold”, & this happend for THIRTY MINUTES TODAY!! Never got thru to ask a simple question!!’n??(Not happy & have spent “mucho$$” in yur store!!

The checkout line was very long and there was only one slow cashier! This is typical at Joann stores.
