Very nice trendy clothing store with amazing sidewalk sales while I was there. Staff was approachable and friendly and employee Rick gets a special shout out because he was personable, stylish as would be expected in this establishment, and gave great advice. Very helpful, and if he is representative of all the employees there I would definitely encourage paying the place to visit

Neat Men's shop, eclectic array of products. Good mix of casual, and a couple of levels of a little more dressy. It is a place you can stroll around in, see something you want to try on, try it on and decide to purchase or not. Good supply of golf shorts and shorts. Also lots of semi dressy slacks and jackets. Always have to drop in there when I am in Maples.

John Craig is a great Naples men's shop with the highest quality clothes. When a problem arose with a bespoke shirt I ordered at one of their fun trunk sales their management team immediately redressed the situation.

Excellent selection. They have all the sizes and colors for nearly everything you can imagine. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I took a long time looking for what I wanted and they offered assistance but were not pushy. I'll definitely be back next time I need to refresh my wardrobe.

Stopped in the Old Town Naples location this past weekend and had an unpleasant experience regarding customer service. It prompted me to leave a negative review. Immediately after, I received a response from not only the Vice President of Operations but the CEO and founder. It was quickly proven to me that customer service is the primary goal of John Craig Clothier. I felt it was necessary to update my review and provide the well deserved 5 stars they’ve earned. I really like the clothes here as they are my style. I've visited both locations in Naples numerous times over the past few years. My only gripe is that many of the people working there think they are WAY better than you. I've walked in on multiple occasions ready to buy something only to be completely ignored, so I left.

Great variety of men’s clothing and accessories. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Pilar was very helpful and attentive. Walked out with a new sport coat and a few other items. This was my first time in the Naples store and will not me my last!
