This holiday season was hectic and getting a pair of uggs for my daughter was next to impossible, Kyle helped us but unfortunately the uggs we were looking for were not in stock, my daughter was not going to have her number one item from her list for Christmas. however, the day before Christmas, Kyle called us to let us know he had not forgotten what we wanted and had put aside the shoes for my daughter. Made my daughter so happy...Great customer service and very attentive to his customers. Can't thank him enough.

Horrible customer service, walked in didn’t even get greeted was looking at the shoes and when I tried asking for a pair I didn’t even bother because everyone was sitting down on there phone. What really made me walk out was the boy sitting on the counter texting 😂😂😂 I was not going to give them a sale at all .

I came in the other day with my two girls just browsing around and Kyle was excellent, we ended up leaving with 3 pairs of shoes, very personable and friendly. He helped us find shoes that matched exactly what my daughter wanted!

I walked in with my Daughter about 2 hours ago. There was a man and woman behind the counter, looking at a computer screen. They looked at us and didn't say anything, then back at the screen. No hello, be with you shortly, NOTHING! Nobody else was in there, so they weren't with another customer. We walked around, my Daughter picked up a few sneakers she liked to get. And she didn't get them because the employees were too busy looking at the computer screen. Whatever was on it, I hope it was worth losing a customer. I'll NEVER shop there again. I'll go to the location in Miromar
