K C Marble and Tile provided excellent service while choosing tile. They are very knowledgable about the products and qualified to make recommendations. They provided several free samples of actual tile to bring home and return. There was some confusion on delivery of the tile but it was resolved quickly. I can highly recommend

Don’t go if you don’t speak Spanish….I walked in, nobody even said hello….all I heard was people yelling at each other in Spanish. Not 1 person came over to me to see if I needed help. After 20 minutes I left the store and went to a different tile store.

We were looking for a piece for our bathroom towel rack that was ceramic that had cracked. Our house is 25 years old so I didn’t have much hope that I would find A piece for our ceramic towel rack holder, we walked into KC marble and Tile and Sandra was so kind and she found us two pieces and a rack brand new that would fit perfectly in our bathroom.
When we Are ready to remodel we will definitely come back to this family own operation. They are so knowledgeable and were so kind to us five stars.!!

We recently have purchased three different tiles for our bathroom at KC marble and tile. Kayla and her staff were amazing in helping us to pick the tile. They spent at least 2 hours with us bringing different samples and advising us without being pushy. After we made our selection our contractor picked the tile in nearby warehouse and special order tile were delivered next day. A couple of tiles 4’x2’ were broken and they were replaced no questions asked. We had some leftover tile and after the return we got a refund. Overall, we had a great experience because of the selection the store has as well as an excellent level of service.

As a newcomer to the area, and when dealing with contractors in FL, it is difficult to know exactly who to trust. After several terrible experiences with some local contractors, these ladies made it so easy! This business is straight forward and honest plus they truly care about their customer's wants & needs. I found the service and quality to be outstanding at KC Marble and Tile. We remodeled the guest bathroom including a new walk in shower and shower floor. The people at KC were extremely helpful in making our selections, answering our questions and ordering the product. Highly recommend.
