My original booking could not be found during check in. I was placed in another room and then charged for the new room plus my original booking (apparently my original booking was in their system after all). I was then charged again for my original booking. Management did remove the charge for the new room, but cannot find record of the double billing of my original booking in their system so will not refund me. I have had to take this up with my credit card company to try and resolve the billing error. Management does not seem interested at all in chasing down and fixing their error.Also, my room was not properly cleaned before I checked in - my daughter found popcorn in her bed and we did not bring any popcorn into the room!Overall, a bad experience. We will certainly not stay here again.

Terrible hotel. Issues with stay (totally get that this happens) response by management was beyond the pale! Reserved ADA rooms (husband in wheelchair) first night not given second night moved and then had power outage in half the hotel. Reported problem and asked what emergency protocol would be to get ADA off third floor. Was given a shrug and told it was beyond their control just call 911. Phones didn’t work either so that wasn’t a safety option. HOWEVER they continued to check in guests to rooms without power with the fire alarms beeping so you knew they didn’t work and no access to phones.. No accommodation to move into a room with power to accommodate medical devices and we were left to figure out how to get hubby safely out of the hotel in case a real emergency happened and then it would become a life safety emergency. The level of apathy by the staff was unbelievable. If you don’t care about people get out of the service industry. Stay at the holiday inn down the street when I called to get another reservation with them they at least pretended to care and try to work on something which is more than the money grabbers at this place did.

The exterior of the hotel is nice. Decent location. The inside is another matter. A dark odorous hallway led to a room that didn’t feel clean and had a broken window with shards of glass visible. The phone in the room did not work and looked very worn. I did not feel safe and checked out shortly thereafter to find lodging elsewhere. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional.

This hotel needs a significant upgrade. I am highly disappointed in this hotel. The internet connection is slow; I had to use the personal hotspot from my phone or go to the McDonald's located less than a mile away. The toilet and shower is small and ugly, the furniture in the rooms are old, dusty, and broken and needs to be change immediately. I am unsure where they got those pictures from but do not believe them. Nevertheless, I canceled the rest of my stay there and booked at another hotel.Rooms: everything is the rooms of the hotel needs to be change. there is nothing appealing about this hotel at all.

EXTREMELY RUDE WITH BAD ATTITUDE!! Dont get fooled by the price, it was my worst experience with a hotel employees although i travel a lot. I spent 30mins waiting for anyone to check me at the front desk when I found out that the cleaner is the guy to do so! The treatment was the worst of the worst. There were a couple in front of me that were suffering the same treatment. I had to wait one hour to be able to check in at 3pm because they didnt allow us to check in one hour earlier, only then when the reception guy (and cleaner at the same time) came across and asked us to leave the reception area because he wants to clean the floor. I had to cancel my booking and asked for a reimbursement. BELIEVE ME YOU DONT WANT THAT HOTEL!

Although I enjoy taking a day or two "Staycations" with my family, the experience here was HORRIBLE. The airconditioner in the first room that we had was NOT working; It just blew hot air. Moved to a 2nd room, at 2 am, where the toilet wasn't functioning. The offered to let me use BOTH rooms, 1 for the toilet on the 2nd floor and the other for the AC on the 3rd floor. WAIT!! that's not the worst part. The worse was upon check out, where the miserable receptionist insisted the toilet WAS working. Although their maintenance guy explicitly told her that he had to fix it at 10:30 am, just before checkout. She was simply INSOLENT. I never requested a refund NOR complained, but HER attitude was DISGUSTING.

We where here for 2 nights. Rooms are fine and the breakfast was good. Only on the day we where leaving checkout time at 11.00. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door. At 9 then again at 9.30 and at 10.00 she was getting angy pointing at her telephone. Trying to use google translate because i dont speak Spanish. Only she was translating spanish to spanish. Very bad experience. So if you want a nice and quiet stay without getting kicked out of your room before the check out time. Go pick some other hotel.

Thank you for allowing my pets to remain with me during my stay. Having a microwave and refrigerator are helpful and made things easier for me since I was staying longer than just one night. The floor I stayed on was quiet, and I hardly was aware others were there, except in passing. The hotel is a smoke free facility and is easy to locate, as it is right off the highway.Noteworthy details: They have a member rewards program that is free to join and gives you discounts and perks. There’s two fast food restaurants within moments of the hotel and are easy to get to.

No non-slip in shower, no grab bars, no drain cover for tub. Room clean. All complaints in bathroom.

The customer service staff especially the black women who I assume is the manager was incredibly rude to the point it came off as racist and refused to let me book for more than just the one night and she called the police and told them I had refused to leave the hotel after she refused to extend my stay.2 weeks prior the black gentleman working the customer service desk was so beyond rude he actually told me to get out because I had slight issues pulling up my itinerary and they also tried to charge me double the price!! Customer service is supposed to be a huge sales point and this place treats you like you've already done something wrong. I stay at hotels in Naples regularly and I have never heard of this form of disrespect being okay.Noteworthy details: The front desk staff comes off racist and disrespectful

There wasn't anything really wrong with this hotel. Average. The room was nice. Bathroom could have used another wipe down but nothing a quick rinse wouldn't cure. Service when I checked in, which was around 7:30 at night, he was very nice. The service when I woke up at 5:30, he could benefit with more people skills but not terrible. The pool/pool area hours were awful. They locked it down at 10 pm, which isn't uncommon. However, they didn't unlock it until 9am. No balconies, so the only outdoor seating is in pool area. Would have been nice to be able to go out there and enjoy the nice morning with my coffee. Especially for the $147 price i paid for 1 night. And if I was vacationing with my kids...8am is when I would expect it to open. 9am is too late. Location is good if that's the part of town you want to be in. If not familiar with the area, do your research. There was a hotel 2 miles from the hospital I was visiting. This hotel was 8 miles. Which is a 20 minute drive in traffic nowadays. I think it's overpriced for what you get. But looking further, they all are.

This hotel had a very disappointing experience. The facilities were outdated, and the rooms were unclean. This hotel needs to make significant improvements if it wants to attract more customers. It should focus on providing better service, updating its facilities, and ensuring that its rooms are clean and comfortable. By doing so, it can improve its reputation and start to attract more customers.

I should have read the reviews!!! Like most of the people who stayed here before me, I found this hotel to be the worst I have ever been to. The first assigned room was NOT cleaned. The second one had mold & mildew on the ceiling and was full of pet hairs. I checked in at 5PM and left the place before 11:30PM the same night. Did not want to risk allergies or anything as such. I should have asked for a refund but just wanted to get the heck out of there as quickly as possible… Should have read the reviews!!!!Rooms: Mold & mildew on the ceiling. Full of pet hairs. Clearly NOT a place worried about cleanliness!

We frequently stay here at La quinta for the convenience right next to the highway, great breakfast and always clean rooms. One thing we also love is that the TV's are equipped for chromecast or you can sign into your own netflix and skip cable TV if you wish. This time the elevator was out of order and had to take the stairs but that's not a big deal! It hasn't happened before so I wouldn't worry about that being any issue.. We will definitely stay here again.Walkability: Bus stop is about 3 minutes away walking, McDonald's, Taco bell and a gas station are also within 3-5 minutes walking from hotel. Walmart is maybe about 15mins walking.
