Don’t rent here!!!
We advised management we would have moved out on Sunday two days before and when that day came we rented our van and when we got at the location we couldn’t get in because the keypad wasn’t working. We called then the emergency number but it was totally useless. They couldn’t help us… Nobody is apparently on call. Why do you have an emergency number if you can not solve emergencies?
Naples is full of storage warehouses… I’ll bring my business somewhere else where they care about their customer. They are not even worthy a star but it’s the minimum I can give them…

Do not rent a storage unit here! They never have access- the digital access never works, elevators locked - we called the 800 number for assistance and they called the manager and he would not come and unlock the doors or turn on elevators until office hours of 9:30am. I had paid movers that arrived at 8 am and I had to pay them to sit here waiting for the manager to arrive to unlock the doors and elevator. The manager said” he had things to do! When you run a business- customers should always be the priority! DO Not support this business. There is a reason the units are affordable- bad management!
Also bad customer service at the 800 number- they were unwilling to help! The sign says customers have access from 6 am to 10 pm- that is a lie! It is whenever they feel like coming to work!
