Why is this store so badly managed? I had ordered a dress on line, it was too small. I called this store, to be spoken to in a very short manner. She stated if the dress was on sale it could not be returned, ok I agree with that. I requested she look up the order number to see if the dress was on sale. She stated I would have to speak to a manager, and after waiting like 20 minutes proceeded to hang up. I then processed the return on line, printed the label, drove it to fed ex and dropped the dress off for a full return. Customer service is dead! it certainly is in this store. seriously, I cannot believe how untrained and incompetent this sales staff is.

Go to any other Lilly Pulitzer except this one. For about 6 months I would go to the store every 2 weeks when the new lines would come out. I finally decided I would rather make the drive to the coconut point location. If you don't walk into this store dripping money they pay no attention to you. I've made 2 different returns to this store and each time I felt belittled. The younger girls are all very sweet and helpful. It seems the ADULTS pick and choose who to help. Do yourself a favor go to coconut point.

I purchased over $2,400 of Lily Pulitzer apparel at the Waterside Shops in Naples Florida. Unfortunately, I brought the clothes home and tried them on for my husband. He hated a off the shoulder top which I had taken the tag off. I looked everywhere for the tag. I had not worn the top and so I went back to the store to return and ask for a refund. The store manager would not accept the return despite the shirt was never worn. Needless to say, I will never buy one more item from lily pulitzer and will be returning everything from my $2,400 purchase that still have the tags on it.

The associates at the store were amazing! My family had dinner at True Kitchen next door. My toddler girl and infant son were getting restless while we were waiting for the bill, so I brought them to this Lily Pulitzer. The staff was amazing! They assured me the kids weren’t a problem, and assisted me in finding some great clothes and accessories. I highly recommend working with Carla and the others. They provided a wonderful customer experience!

NO STARS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !ELIZABETH ended up ringing my sales up, never ever even uttered a hello, didn't say one word to me. Handed me my bag and said, here you go! Not one person said hello to me while I was shopping, I went to dressing room on my own, put my own clothes away not a word to me. Elizabeth by far the rudest person, I will never step foot in Waterside shops again.Lilly will lose a very good customer.

Florida bright prints and fabrics for kiddos to ladies. Nothing here for a larger woman and when crowded, not much room for a wheelchair. Only healthy bank accounts won't mind the price.
