Do NOT use this company. They are the worst. I have spent hours getting the run around about billing for my mom, and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Started with the local branch, was connected to Billing, then, Collections, then Customer Pay, then Sleep Support Team, then back to local branch. Everyone I talk with tells a different narrative. They are AWFUL. Highly suggest looking at other respiratory providers.

I am very disappointed with Lincare. I have been waiting for 3 days to get a hose replacement. I had to jump through many hoops. I needed get another RX which I did. They waited all day to receive the FAX and they never called to indicate they received it. Then they said they had to process the paperwork which they never said how long it would take. As I was waiting for 15 minutes on hold, they said I had to meet with a therapist. This is an over the counter item that can be obtained through Amazon and 2 other companies. This is no way to conduct business.

Absolutely the worst company stay away. Customer service is horrible You're on the phone a minimum of an hour to get anyone to talk to you they're rude they're inconsiderate and they should really close down

I’ve dealt with Lincare both in New York and Naples Florida and the service in Naples is a hundred and ten percent better than New York. If you have Michelle as your clinician in Naples then you are one lucky person. She is constantly going above and beyond her duties to take care of her patients. Thank you Michelle for your service.

I went to Lincare to receive my new machine. Lincare's representative was Michael. She did a super good job of demonstrating the equipment as well as answering thoroughly all my questions. Her product,/service knowledge wasImpressive all communicated in a highly professional and friendly manner. Michael is definitely a keeper with an outstanding future.

The process of replacing my CPAP machine was excessively lengthy and difficult to coordinate. Having had sleep apnea for 20 years and knowing you don’t recover from sleep apnea, the requirement to complete another sleep study was redundant, but still required…? Once I pushed multiple times, the process got underway, I was scheduled and the process was efficient and professional.
