Being in South Carolina I had to pass closer dealers to work with Alex in Naples. He was able to work around my schedule and I picked up the Emira. He did all the paperwork remotely, and shipped it with a fantastic shipper. Car made it the 10 hours to me in pristine condition. Alex followed up with me at every stage and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend Alex and NaplesLotus. .

I had a really great experience working with Mike! I had a very busy schedule during the process of buying my new Lotus Emira and Mike was so flexible and helpful throughout the entire process. I also want to shoutout the owner of the dealership Todd. He helped me through the process as well and was so generous with his time and making sure I had a great experience! I will definitely be staying in touch with them for when I want my next exotic car!

Joe and the crew that I worked with remotely, did a great job getting me the exact spec I wanted for the new 2025 Lotus Emira. Communication was always prompt and professional. They arranged to have it delivered to Sedona Arizona by a nice, covered transport. The driver was very personable, and the delivery went perfectly. Special thanks to Joe and the staff at Lotus of Naples. The car is so much fun.

Very nice experience and quick! There was no waiting around, I did all the paperwork online and then went to collect the car. Joe was very pleasant and detailed through the process which made purchasing the car a nice experience. I love my Lotus!!

We purchased a like new Emira from Lotus of Naples. The car had four hundred miles on it and the salesman, Joe P, said multiple times the vehicle was in like new condition. I have a local trusted transporter that I suggested we use to take car I was trading in and swap for the Lotus. When the car was delivered to my shop we noticed two big rock chips in the rocker panel area, one on the drivers side and one on the passenger. These chips could not have been caused in transport. The ramps of trailer prevent any rocks from flying up and hitting that area of the car. It is basically impossible for the car to have been damaged in that location due to transport. The problem is Lotus of Naples failed to do a proper inspection. I suspect a lot of these cars have rock chips there. When I tried to explain that the damage couldn’t have been caused in transport Joe P became belligerent and immediately blamed the carrier. He would not even begin to listen. We also have never received a call from anyone in management. It’s funny how they can call you 500 times when they are trying to sell the car but can’t communicate after the sale. If you read more reviews you will see many comments about cars that were not inspected properly. Do you self a favor and don’t do business with Lotus of Naples / Naples Motorsports!

I purchased a first edition Lotus of Emira from Lotus of Naples and would do it again without question.
Ron Ward, my sales rep, has been a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful, walking through the intricacies of the car and the buying process and staying in constant communication with updates. I appreciate Ron didn't have catchy sales pitches, but addressed my questions as straightforward and simply as possible.
Lotus of Naples coordinated adding PPF, cermaic coating, a bumper skid plate, and window tinting, additions you'd want on any exotic/high-end car. They worked my car into the shop for these modifications immediately after I bought the Emira and I had it delivered to me and in my driveway 1,000 miles north of Naples, FL within one week.
Shoutout to Phillip for making the business-oriented parts of the buying process seamless, and like Ron, making himslef available my phone and text to answer questions.
Also, thanks to Patricia for fielding questions around the ceramic coating.
Lotus of Naples is the biggest Lotus dealer in the world, and their work shows it. Thank you!

I met Joe at Cars on 5th in Naples where they had a few new Lotus Emiras on display. I thought they were impossible to get since all I heard about was back-orders from other buyers. Joe was able to place my order for a new '24 First Edition V6 in exactly the spec I wanted from the last allocation of FE's. After about a 6 month wait, I was driving and smiling. Thanks Joe!!!! Love the car!
