Price was raised by 15% in 1 month, which I went along with, inflation and I didn't confirm the price upfront. 1 month later they tried to charge me 50% more, again I didn't ask for a price upfront. It was disappointing . Why should you always have to get a price upfront?
I always tip the nail techs 30%. Jimmy and Vee are good techs.

My husband and I stopped in for pedicures while in the area. So glad we did. Jenny was so meticulous and took her time; the massage was amazing. She was so sweet and kind. Price was very reasonable too. Will definitely stop back in when we return to Naples.

Kenny is always excellent, and a master at his craft! His French manicures are perfection, and he is an absolute sweetheart of a person. I highly recommend him, and the salon.

Well I would like to advise the owner not only of this bad job of. Vietnamesse woman that ruined my nails but also About the price that I was charged 69$ for an infill of my nails. The price doesnt match your pricelist, despite this bad job. This is the worae nails I have ever experienced on my whole life

Came here with my daughter and did not like my experience at all. The lady doing my pedicure just had a disgusted face most of the time. I am a retired dancer! And my daughter currently dances as well. So obviously, we rarely get them done which is why our toenails appear darker than usual. Never coming here again. Do not come here if your someone of color.

I came here to do gel nails with my mom, just an fyi i am a dancer so rarely ever get pedicures! i asked for a milky white gel pedicure but a lady came to me saying my nails are to dark for it. Okay no problem fine by me, i’ll just get regular white then. Here’s my problem, after every question i asked she would laugh and turn to another lady sitting right next to her, doing my mom’s feet. I simply asked her how much will acrylic cost (because i did really want a *milky white* gel pedicure.) so i was considering paying the extra money for it. She then goes “ahh it’s expensive though..” and kinda laughs while looking at me with a face... Now at this point i was containing my anger as it was building up. It could’ve been just me but she definitely was probably thinking that i wouldn’t been able to pay for it (which that is not the case at all) Every time i spoke, she would turn to the other lady, giggle and then speak to me. I don’t know about you but i did not like that at all. I will not be disrespected in such way, and i am not coming here every again.?

Although I have been coming to Lovely Nails, today was my first time with Kim as my technician. She was extremely personable and very knowledgeable, even going so far as to suggest a color more suited for me versus my original choice. I would not hesitate to have her do my gel manicure or gel pedicure and will be sending my daughter to her as well.
