Don't trust the window salesman, wasn't my choice and wanted nothing to do with it, but they lie through their teeth. As far as selection, it depends on what your HOA requires, but also Lowe's has the 100% guarantee vs. like my neighbor got ripped off of a 7K down payment last year. These contractors are backed by Lowe's and 100% guarantee, but the sales guy is trying to lie to me when I told him not to open slider as it was secured. He still denies/says confusing him with another person when I had a relative in person and one on FaceTime. I didn't trust him from the start; but other family member did. This is why I have no interest in dealing with salespeople, contractors, etc. I am glad to improve the place for family, although unexpected, bc I want peace and quiet. The fact that the salesman is trying to lie does not make anything better. I have all written and video evidence. Tried to tell family member I don't trust this guy...now I need to find someone to fix the slider.

Went in to purchase bulbs, hose, repair kits etc. Needed help finding something in electrical and found the person working the department clueless as to wartage, lumens, and kelvin. So after a tutorial on his department ( I’m an electrician) we discovered these items were not here despite what inventory said. Trying to get help the employees literally run from interaction with customers never seen nothing like it. I asked the managers name two of the three employees I asked claim they didn’t know it and the last one said it’s Phil something. Well, Phil, something, I’m here to tell you you did have one employee that held her post, but that’s because she was having personal conversation at the front door very loudly kicking the Bobo as they say about their men. Phil something, don’t know where you were that day, but maybe a little more floor time a little more training a little more structure would help hopefully before when somebody says what was the name of the manager that got fired their answer isn’t Phil something.

Your employee, Louis, is openly homophobic. His behavior towards your gay customers is disgusting and unacceptable. It is also unacceptable to have management brush off his gross behavior with “he’s worked here a long time.” Unacceptable all around!

Knock it down a star for a lack of communication on a microwave I wanted and after 3 weeks of not getting it and having to settle on one that was smallerAnd not the right color and to top it off had to pay almost the same price because sale was over. Generally they are better than home depot but on this matter was a little disappointed. But I still go here for most of my needs

This has been an absolute nightmare. We ordered a washer and dryer, we asked 3 times (just to be sure) that the delivery would occur on Tuesday 2/13. Each time we were assured it would absolutely be here. The delivery team showed up they had the washer with dryer parts. No dryer and no washer parts. You call for help and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve been calling for hours and it just rings and rings. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Stay far far away.

I have been shopping at this lowes consistently for the past 12 months. I have spent thousands of dollars from lowes and this Naples store due to a home remodel. I ordered a range hood on line back in October. Due to remodel complications I was not able to get the hood installed until Jan. Upon install I found out the wrong type hood was ordered. It was an over the island hood and I needed a wall mount hood. I took the unopened product to the Lowes on Naples Blvd. This is where the fun begins.Let me start by saying I have returned a few things at this Lowes Each time the person at the counter greets you like you are there to rip the store off. They are short and act annoyed that your even bothering them. Extremely poor service ever time.Thus, I was not looking forward to returning the hood. But it had to be done. Of course I walked in and got the same unprofessional service. The young man behind the counter he and no how can I help you attitude.After having me get a few things he needed since it was an online order he finally found the order. He was working on refund when all of a sudden he states. I cannot refund you. I ask why and he states they is a 48 hour return policy on this item. I question this and he states at me and turns the computer screen around. Doesn't say anything else just stares at me I ask is there anything we can do to since I can't use the hood. His answer. No!I ask to speak to a manager. He's answer - I will try to get someone. 15 minutes later a young lady walks up. First things she says is....why did you call me....I can't override this. Then she says we can't help you sir. Now I got two people staring at me. I said there is nothing we can do. She said no.I said thank you and said here is your hood and walked out.That was my last visit to this Lowes or any other Lowes. All that was needed was a helpful problem solving attitude from people who sincerely want to help you. The young man was annoyed from the minute I walked up to the counter....actually looked at his watch several times as I was talking to him.No more Lowes for me.

Always a great time shopping Lowe's for all my DIY needs! They have a great selection of pre-cut moulding so I can finish my rooms with crown and base moulding. Thanks Lowe's!
