Just saw a video of one of your employees being incredibly rude to a couple looking for help. Is this the service I can expect when I shop at Lowe's? I enjoy my shopping trips with out homophobia.

Poor customer service. Incompetent employees and no one ever answers the phone! Unbelievably frustrating. I purchased carpet through Lowes. The install has issues and the carpet is coming apart at the seems. Can't get anyone to help me with this issue. The installation is supposed to be under warranty. Don't purchase carpet through this company. You will regret it !

beware !!! Lowe's does not support customers after the sale is complete! in August of 2021, we purchased a Frigidaire quiet pack washer/dryer laundry center. The purchase and delivery process went smoothly. We also went on to purchase a full suite of kitchen appliances in 2023. The problem arose last week, Jan. 2024. The washer began making an unusual noise. We pulled out the unit to investigate and discovered faulty/ incomplete installation. See photo. We are grateful to have discovered this BEFORE a fire event. The response from Lowe's appliance representative has been very frustrating. We expected them to correct this negligence of the installers and received no help. They have lost our loyalty and we cannot endorse Lowe's appliance department!

1 registee open, six people in line with full cards, and the associate is convincing people to open up credit cards while everybody else waits. Third person in line and it took me over 15 minutes to reach the register. The only satisfying point is watching other people just leave their carts and walk out. I wish I had that option. Hopefully Home Depot opens the store. Close by soon.. Lowe's new # should be one register open and no employees to help.

Stopped in again today for some plumbing parts. Great service with a smile, from the entrance right through to the plumbing department! It actually reminded me of the "old days" when Service was always the #1 priority!

I went into the Lowe’s in East Naples 34113 on 11/18/23 to inquire about credit cards for my construction business. The manager Bob’s tone and facial expressions were misogynistic and his words were dismissive. He’s the store manager yet he claims he knows nothing about the store branded credit cards. He kept sending me to the ProDesk to talk to Edwin who had already punched out and left the store. He was playing some kind of game with me by having me go to the pro desk and back to the customer service desk and back-and-forth three times telling me that Edwin was waiting for me. Two loading employees (Roberto and Arturo) confirmed to me that Edwin had left at 8 AM this morning and I didn’t arrive at the store until about 8:15 AM. It’s obvious that Bob doesn’t have a handle on his store or his employees. I cannot comprehend how someone who is so dishonest and speaks like this to a woman can ascend to such a position. He obviously doesn’t care about gaining new business customers. This guy is all around bad for Lowe’s. He’s driving away new revenue streams. That’s something you can’t afford to lose.

Employees have a horrible attitude. Need to hire younger people. Old crabby employees not willing to help! Spent 30 minutes trying to find the correct drill bit with Google after asking 2 unwilling associates to help. Would rather spend more money at the local hardware store and receive proper assistance!

I got my reply from lowes from corporate, which said they will contact store. They did and store over rode So whose the boss here. But before a rug is purcased check Home Depot, gives lifetime warranty on install, including stretching, stair etc. So Lowes good will doesnt work.So beware, have them explain before you buy Read below on some others with problems and right away they don't want to lose their trust etcetera etc, all I got was a runaround, no apology.

Great experience with both gentlemen that helped me here today. I asked the information desk about making a key. He actually offered his assistance when I asked him to direct me to the easier key machine. He led me to the machine, but also pointed out the other one. As we got to the other machine, another worker was assisting another customer, he asked him if he'd mind helping me as well. They were both very helpful, friendly, kind and respectful. Great experience here, ty again ?
