I’ve been going to this car wash for many years. I have met the owner and he is kind, friendly and super helpful. However, I have to say that Im disappointed in how something was handled today by staff. As I’m pulling up to the car wash and trying to look at the mirror as well as follow the instructions that are being given to me as far as where to steer my vehicle, another staff member starts to spray my windshield at the same time which completely obstructs my view. This has happened at many of my visits. Unfortunately today, I was not able to guide my vehicle correctly because of this. What made this experience more uncomfortable was the reaction of the staff members. I rolled down my window to explain that I was not able to see when the windshield is being sprayed. The staff members seemed very annoyed and started complaining. One of the staff members in particular was very rude and dismissive when I shared my concerns. This was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel heard at all! I’m very disappointed in the customer service from staff :(

The overall wash is very good and quick. Plenty of vacuuming stations to detail the car interiors. During my visit none of their added equipment like the mat cleaners and the vending machine were not working.

Driving from georgia. This place had good reviews but it didnt impress. I had to show them the car wasnt as clean. They advised that they needed to wash the car again which it was complementary but still didnt clean as I expected. I paid for the best and i felt I received the worst. They apologize but the wash wasnt what i expected.

Impossible to contact by phone, I needed to cancel my account as I was leaving town, The phone number on the website would not answer or allow me to leave a message. I guess I learned my lesson you have to go there in person to put a temporary hold on an account.

I normally don’t leave car wash reviews but I just had to with this amazing car wash ! Excellent Customer service provided - the machines on this wash was the best I’ve seen so far ! I felt like it actually scrubbed my car unlike other ones I’ve been to. Can’t recommend enough !! Wish it was all over FL
