We were very pleased with the refurbishing job on our mailbox! Our community has very specific requirements and they met them all. The scheduling process was quick and easy, they installed a replacement mailbox (a little rough looking, but serviceable) within a week, called to let us know what additional work was needed and the cost, and delivered our refurbished mailbox in 3 weeks (vs the 6-8 weeks they originally estimated). Thanks Lykins Signtek team!

No CARE in What they do!It took over a month to get the mailbox which the address was put on wrong. If you looked at the mailboxes across the street and next door you’d see that.They tried ripping off the numbers and put them in the right place, which left glue marks. We asked them to fix this. These mailboxes are not cheap. Then over another month to get it back fixed. It was put in and seemed shaky, so We called. The guy came and said he “didn't appreciate that he had to come back” and said it shaky till it settled and it shouldn’t be touched for 48 hours, like we were to know this. He then gives us a paper to put on it that says that. He should have put it on when he installed it, Then you wouldn’t be so pissed you had to come back!! We didn’t enjoy having to call again!

they are unprofessional, and not capable of handling tasks, related to making and lighting signs.The first step out of the gate with these people was to have a permit applied for in order to complete the sign. Actually, it was just the lighting of the sign. They kept indicating that Marco island was nonresponsive and was holding them up by not issuing the permit. 2 1/2 months after hearing the same story that they had no ambition to even call to follow up with the City Of Marco regarding the status of the permit. so when we called 2 1/2 months into this Marco island said the permit had never been applied for and not filed. so after doing that part of their job for them, We are now at three months into this waiting game. they have had the permit in their hands for one week . We were supposed to be contacted back regarding the install. We asked to be given some consideration on timing since they made this mistake and we've yet to receive an answer. Two emails and a voicemail and no response. Sharon is clearly not capable of the job she is empowered with. it's a shame that the company would risk their reputation and have unnecessary aggravated customers and employees Once her train wreck hits the wall. This is our second dealing with them in the last year and I could tell you never again. They wouldn't even be on the consideration list!! buyer beware .....

Thanks Lykins-Signtek. While we are used to using you for our truck and van signage at Acres Plumbing, we needed some office signage to aid in delievers to limit access to our main office (virus) to our back recieving area. A quick email to Omar and he had proofs the next day and signs the following day. This type of service is unheard of in these current times. Great job. We were very happy with our experience. Matt Sprung was our point of contact and he did an awesome job. We had great difficulty even finding a company that was able to complete our monument sign. Matt and the team took our input and put together the design for the monument sign and we were very happy with it. The proof matched what we experienced in real life and the price charged in the end was what exactly what was quoted. We had an issue where a screw came out of the top of the sign after install, and their team came back next day to fix it and Matt followed up. Overall, very happy with the experience and we are proud of our signs.

Lykins-Signtek did an excellent job updated our Club's signage. The members have been pleased to the fresh look. The service provided by Lykins was great. I've worked with Jim a number of years and he always takes the time to offer the best options. Their design team took our thoughts and their to make the best design for us. The install team were very professional and kept in contact to the status of the install.I would highly recommend Lykins-Signtek to anyone needing signage.

Our carriage house community had 4 mailbox pedestals that were 20 year old shabby. Matt Sprung made replacement easy and cost effective. He handled the process from start to finish--from specifying, ordering and through to installation. He also coordinated communications process with local U.S. Postal management folks. The install crew was amazing--took only 3 hours, including hauling away the old units. Lykins is good!

My first time working with Jim and his team and they went above and beyond putting together an awesome sign package for our store, and at the right price. Jim was always very helpful and understanding when the project got delayed due to COVID. When we were ready to resume the project so was Lykins! We will definitely use them again in the future.
