I am completely disappointed in the flowers my mom was sent for her birthday. Her favorite flowers are daisy-so I ordered a vase full of daisies and my mom received mums. She hates fragrance and mums are not her favorite flowers and not what I ordered. Very disappointed with the arrangement she received. I ordered the flowers to the left and received the ones to the right. Just not happy with the results. Just want what I ordered.

I ordered 103 roses for a birthday girl that was turning 103 to be delivered on Saturday, July 27th, 2024. I received a picture of the bouquet as soon as it was delivered and it looked absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely order from Magical Flowers For You in the future, they are great, they followed the instructions and flowers were delivered at noon. Birthday girl was all smiles. Thank you very much!

I recently ordered flowers for my sister's 50th Anniversary from Magic Flowers in Naples, FL.
My sister texted a pic & the bouquet is absolutely gorgeous! They delivered promptly, & we just can't express enough about what a big lovely bouquet she received. Just so gorgeous!! I would give them a 3, which to me is just average, not great not terrible.Delivery time was almost 2 hours past from when I had requested them to be delivered. In this town I could understand and I could accept that, however I had to call 3 times and send an email to get a live person to speak with me. Then miraculously they appeared. No call to let me know that they're late. Someone did call once I called them, I will credit them for following up with me, and I appreciate that.The arrangement that was received was ok, not anything like the photo, but I get it. Certain flowers are in or out of season, supply, demand, I get it. In fact I questioned whether to answer the questions of whether substitutes were acceptable or not, I chose ok, yes. But from a customer service standpoint, wouldn't you substitute something better if you couldn't give your customer what they asked for? Wouldn't you want to let them know you want them as a long term customer? That word of mouth is important. Nope not these guys, one and done. That is what so many companies especially florists do these days. They don't care, because their online sales keep them busy. They don't need locals to support them when so many people simply buy online. That's ok though, I live local and buy local. But I will not be buying from these guys again.I could have gotten the same results from Publix and been better off, picked them out myself.Listen, if you are just sending flowers and you don't really care as long as they are fresh, then hey, you are good here with these folks. Ironically, nothing magical here about this crowd, no wow, just simply, eh... ok.Sadly it seems the bare minimum is what everyone wants to get away with these days. Definitely should not be called the deluxe.

I specifically ordered the GOLD number 10 balloons (it’s my son’s golden birthday) and a Mickey Mouse balloon bouquet to be delivered to our Disney Resort where we are celebrating my son’s birthday for the weekend. Upon check in (which was after 5pm) we received SILVER #10 balloons with a pink ribbon on them and a MINNIE MOUSE balloon bouquet!!! Needless to say it was extremely disappointing especially since their prices were obnoxious for 5 balloons. But, I was willing to pay the price for convenience. And since they are the vendor associated with WDW and recommended on the Disney website I thought I wouldn’t have to worry. I should have saved myself the money and ran to party city. I emailed them last night as soon as I received the balloons and called the next morning once I located a phone number. Unfortunately, they are closed all weekend and only open until 5pm during the week. So, I won’t even get a response until Monday, which is after our birthday weekend celebration. Unacceptable! Do NOT use them! Apparently after Florida Fresh Floral took over earlier this year the service went down!

They wanted $55 for one wrist corsage with roses they had in their case! I needed (4) wrist corsages for this coming Sunday. When I gasped at the price, the very pleasant young lady helping me said "well, it's a lot of work to make them." I said "no thank you" and left. Gene's 5th Avenue Florist, an ICONIC Naples Florist, now located on Jaeger Rd., off of Pine Ridge Rd., quoted me $40 per wrist corsage. I went to their store, placed my order for the same flower selection, plus I purchased an additional table floral arrangement. I know everything is outrageously expensive now-a-days, but I resent being price gouged!

I am with Trisha C. I have ordered from here for five years and am usually pleased. Just got a substandard arrangement, very pricey. and when I called to voice my displeasure....had possibly the worst customer service of my life from Daniella. Lost my business.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend whose beloved dog passed away. The flowers were adorable. There was a minor issue with delivery but it was resolved quickly.
