The small Marissa boutique in the Ritz Carlton, Naples is a perfect place to shop. They have a variety of great pieces from jewelry and clothing to bags and sunglasses. Kadre is the manager … so down to earth… and makes it easy to help find what you love ..she is the best!!! Highly recommend working with her and shopping in this beautiful hotel boutique 🩷

We had a great experience with Kadre Kauniste at the Ritz Carlton location. We are regular guests there and were helped very professionally and kindly by Kadre . She is very nice person and I am looking forward to see her again during my next stay.

The staff is very rude and condescending. I tried on a dress and wanted to order another size and was told we only order for customers buying higher end clothing. The dress was over $500.00. Please, get over yourself. I will not shop there again.

I was hesitant to go in because of some of the reviews I read regarding having a “pretty woman experience”. I wanted to take a gander anyways because the store has so much to offer. That wasn’t the case at all for me! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. I brought my baby in and walked around, everything in there is divine. I didn’t buy anything but I have my eye on a few items now and I know where to shop when I want to treat myself or buy a gift for someone!

Other reviews have said it perfectly, I also felt a “pretty women” vibe. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating customers this way. Went in to buy a pair of Balmain sunglasses and dolce shoes and overheard a coworker say to the other to “watch me”
I made it clear that I heard them and instead of an apology I got a dirty look.
Luckily waterside mall had the same items I wanted and got my purchase in the end along with really helpful and respectful help from from their sales team. Even snagged a couple other items!
Dear Marissa, Please don’t reply with “call management “ instead take that time to teach your employees some proper etiquette

I popped in here for a quick outfit change for a dinner I had. Tom helped me and is exceptional! He stayed within my budget and made me look like a million dollars. This store carries some of best and in-style clothes.
