Beautiful clothing. Rude, rude, rude employees. I have never experienced anything like it while shopping. Ever. So disappointing. Will order my dress somewhere else.

Today was my first day in “Marissa Collections”. My first impression was not a positive one. Don’t get me wrong…. The clothing is beautiful, the shoes are to die for, and the jewelry is impeccable. However, the staff attitude belongs in the trash. If I tell an employee that this is my first time in the store, regardless of what I’m wearing, there is no need to tell me that this is “VERY high end” (a la Pretty Woman). An intelligent person will know it’s high end from the labels alone. Perhaps your staff could say kindly that we carry Oscar de la Renta or similar. Additional staff training is definitely needed. I suggest you start with the basics and remind your team that THEY are waiting on ME. I don’t NEED to work there. I am the person shopping there.

Note this is a review for the Palm Beach location. Lovely store in the Royal Poinciana Plaza, light, wonderful selection of name brand clothing, shoes and jewelry, well curated for the Palm Beach lifestyle. And if you want to be treated rudely, with blatant disdain it's the place to be. Such a shame, I'm a serious shopper, leading boutiques throughout Europe and the USA, and I'm happy to spend as well as to support local small businesses, but rarely have I been treated so shabbily. Horrible, vile experience.

I recently had a very high-profile wedding and came down to Marissa’s on a Wednesday, three days before the wedding. I was actually returning a dress I had bought from them online for the wedding that did not work out. I had never been to the store before.The day before I called to make sure I could return the on-line purchase at the store and at the same time made an appointment for the next day, Wednesday, with Kira, who answered the phone.When I arrived on Wednesday Kira was waiting and super nice. She was nicely dressed but nothing intimidating. She worked with me for the next three hours to find a dress.Unfortunately the dress we found was scratchy under the arms from the sequins, too long and needed a different zipper as it kept catching on the material. Kira brought in the seamstress and scheduled everything to be fixed by the next day, with no rush or alterations fee. I had such a positive experience that I brought my son’s girlfriend Sydney, with me the next day, who was also going to the wedding. We found a lovely dress for her as well.Interestingly, on Thursday night Sydney found the dress on sale on the designer’s website and we showed the discounted price to Kira, she honored it immediately. When we came back on Friday, Sydney picked up her dress and it fit beautifully!I am coming down next week to meet with Kira again as a friend needs a dressfor a wedding up north, I hope we have good luck.I actually met Mirassa ( store owner) at the wedding I attended. She was a totally down to earth; any attitude staff may have, based on the reviews certainly didn’t come from the top, I would urge you to give her a second chance.

Don’t waste your time even walking in to this store. The staff is so rude and the clothing isn’t show stopping. You can find anything in their store from any other luxury boutique with a much better experience!

Take your money where your business is appreciated! Not where you get kicked out because it's one minute after closing, for very questionable reasons. I've never seen anything like this. If you can't work late, quit the retail business, especially in a touristy area! They just lost thousands of dollars of sales because of this one sales person ($11k to be specific). And what's even more disappointing is, she was targeting, she didn't kick out all customers, she was so openly profiling. I guess we didn't look expensive enough, coming from the beach. Wow. I didn’t expect to encounter this lack of customer service and customer profiling in downtown Naples, what a disappointment. I feel like this boutique is not worthy of being part of the downtown Naples experience. And I'm happy to take my business and go shopping somewhere else. It was definitely my first negative experience in Naples, in the number of times I've been here. Too bad, there was a lovely gold ring that my husband thought would have been a fabulous gift for my birthday.

I too felt so strange in this store, I was followed from room to room, as if I was going to shoplift, while wearing dior, Hermes and about 40k on my wrist alone, but I guess because I was in jeans and a casual top, I was not worthy of customer service. Almost was funny to me, Comical coming from a person in SALES to treat others in such a manner. I will never go back, or bring any of my family here. Be gracious, always…..you never know who you are servicing.

The look of disgust from the employees as I walked in not donned with designer clothing or my LV purse. Was out shopping casually and opted for something more practical that day. I didn’t realize to take you seriously you need to be head to toe designer and done to the nines or you won’t get the time of day. I have never felt so awkward or unwelcome in a store in my entire life, and little did they know I actually was planning on purchasing a new handbag, but decided to spend my money elsewhere. Their pretentious aura was apparent from the second we walked in the door. Take your money elsewhere!

I had purchased a few things online here over the years but was pleasantly surprised when I moved to Naples and found the store was here. This place is amazing. I feel like a kid in a candy store. The SA will help you with and entire look and the alterations are incredible.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor, essentially non-existent, customer service. I went into the store looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding. I was met with icy stares and completely ignored by several sales people, some of whom were just standing idly by. After 15 minutes, I approached a sales rep and asked about gowns and was brusquely directed to another section of the store….without any further assistance. I left after a few minutes and not only will I never return, I will advise others not to do so.UPDATE: Having received an offer of a private appointment with a personal stylist, I respectfully declined. There are many other boutiques in the area that treat customers respectfully BEFORE, they are publicly outed.

I thought I was alone but felt comfort in the reviews here. Saw that this store carried Zimmerman, Alexis along with other brands I shop frequently and needed a few items for a weekend up in Newport. My boyfriend and I were given nasty looks and not one person helped me even when I looked at a dress and said I love it and wish they had my size, the two women working there literally walked away. See the thing is when you work remote… you dress in pajamas all day and absolutely don’t need to impress people at the store. Honestly it is wild, we’re NYC based, and it makes sense to why stores thrive there. Such distaste for a place like this. Save your time and just go to Saks at the Waterside shops, trust me on this one. I had great service last week and going back right now!
