Honest, well priced, compassionate, truly exceptional service and level of care. My Shar Pei Tank is true to his breed, and is very difficult to handle and care for, both scared and protective which is not a fun combo. Dr. Lin and Kara understand his needs, work to accommodate, and have extended us so much patience and grace. I would (and have had to) pay a ridiculous amount for his care, but the office is so fair in their pricing (often time leaves things off our final statement or adds discounts for our pricier visits). They care about resolving any concerns, and they genuinely care about the outcome. We do, and will, trust Marquesa Vet, Dr. Lin, and Kara with any of our pets.

I respectfully suggest that there be people who understand the Spanish language, very frustrating today with someone who did not understand my question about spaying or neutering.OMG? it is general in Animal Shelters and Clinics that the people who answer the calls do not speak Spanish, in F .Mayers, Naples, Lehigh to name examples. They all refer you to their website as if we were masters in computing ?

I can’t say more good things about Dr. Lin and her staff! My father brings his dog to the office frequently as the dog has underlying medical conditions. Dr. Lin and her staff have gone above and beyond for my father, who does not speak English. They make every effort to communicate with him and provide him with clinical information in his native language. Although Spanish is not their native language nor a requirement for this type of work, Dr. Lin and the staff at Marquesa Vet Clinic have put such an effort for my dad to feel welcomed and understood. He adores his dog, and he is extremely happy with the service, professionalism, and care his beloved dog is receiving from this practice.

Dr. Kubin and his team are amazing! I came to them because my dog had an ear infection that my previous vet couldn’t get under control. After a couple of visits his ear was completely clear of the infection and hasn’t returned since! Everyone here is so nice and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had an appointment for nail trimming. Once I arrived a tech came out and said to trim nails I would also need a full exam since my dogs yearly physical and shots were done by my vet in TN. Never again will I go back there.

Thought I'd post a current review. I picked Marquesa Vets due to location convenience. Dr. Lin is great, loving to my cat, listens to my concerns, makes it easy to make an appt. and even let's me find my cat (her name is Heidi) when she is hiding and come in when it is convenient. The office and waiting room are clean & inviting. The office staff is also kind and efficient. They do NOT charge an arm & leg.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Cohen since the 70’s back when he was at Harbourside on Davis Blvd. He has always been good. Nice to know that Dr. Cohen still goes there from time to time.
