First of all, I got a call about 30 minutes before my session to inform me that my therapist had “a medical thing” and was unavailable for our session. I was offered another therapist in order to fulfill my appointment and since I depend on regular therapy to keep doing my job, I accepted. Can I just say, Ma was very bitter. She told me she was leaving Massage Envy for several reasons varying from inadequate pay, begging from clients to tip with signs all over the place and bullying by other therapists. She has very good hands but was really unfocused to the degree that I never got to roll over.
Too much talking about her divorce from her cheating ex, her kids. It was useful to be on the receiving end of such a captive audience mentality.
I think I should get an hour of my credit returned to my account
