If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst customer service ever!! I ordered a mattress on 2/16/20 to be delivered 2/21/20. I went in person to cancel that order on 2/19/20. The salesman was rude and gave me attitude because I wanted to cancel. Order, I thought, was cancelled. No mattress was delivered on 2/21/20, so I figured it had been cancelled. I received a bill on 2/28/20 and went in person on 2/29/20. There was another salesman there and he showed me and printed out the cancellation. I received another bill on 3/16/20, I went again in person and was assured that it was cancelled and that I did not owe anything. I called their customer service line/billing and was on hold for over 1 hour. Only to be told that they couldn't help me and that they would be transferring me to another dept. I waited close to an hour and no one came to the phone. I have reported them to BBB.

I went in too the Naples store on sept 3 ,we ordered a stern and foster mattress. They told us it was in stock and will be delivered in 3 days. That never happened , so I called the store they said it was on back order would take 12 days , that never happened a week later my delivery was finally set up for 8-12 on sat , that never happened so I called corporate they said driver would be here between 2-7 same night that never happened, the driver said it would be like 11 at night same night , so I called his bluff. He got upset hoping I would say let’s do it another day and cussed me out and said talk too his manager. So I called konday they delivered finally 2 days later. That’s not it so now that was sept so we tried the mattress as we have 120 days if we don’t like it we could send it back they will deliver a different comfort level. We picked it out oct 9 and it was supposed to be in in 7 days never happens . Said it was on back order out of stock be here in 11 days. Hmmm still never happened. So now here it is nov 5 and still no mattress and I paid them 1800$ for this mattress , so when I asked for. My money back they said there is no refund and that I would just have too wait for the mattress to arrive. So I’m getting a lawyer on this matter now. Very rude on the phone at corporate, and when I ask to speak to management they never let me they keep saying out of stock. So I called stern and foster they said they have plenty of mattresses and the are not back ordered.

My husband and I went into the store looking for a mattress and the man Steve who works there was so snobby with a constant underlying tone of arrogance that we took our business across the street and was greeted very friendly with more options and better prices . This mattress one has signs outside that read 1/2 off sale and when you go inside and ask for mattresses that are “1/2 off” they don’t have any that’s false advertising. Everything is overpriced lo quality with a VERY rude customer service representative what a waste of time stay away !!!!!

We bought a mattress from a lovely lady working there and paid for it that day.Then we got a call that it was out of stock.We went over to get a credit on our credit card and were told it would be 7 to 10 days to get a credit ?.It took us 4 phone calls to various phone numbers and finally after 16 days we got a credit.Terrible customer service.

Update: We purchased this mattress on 11/21/18 with Joe who works their, Joe said they will deliver the mattress after the Thanksgiving holidays which would place deliver on 11/26/18. My wife calls them to confirm delivery date, they said they won’t be able to deliver until December 7/18. My wife gets a call from Mattress1One in Orlando Florida warehouse saying they won’t be able to make delivery on 12/7/18, because their truck broke down, they said they can deliver it the following day Saturday 12/8/18. We called the store and cancelled our order. Be careful with mattress one in Florida bad business.

Bought two queen beds from Joe! He was very helpful and was there until 9 pm both times we came in. I appreciated the no pressure sales.

If you need a mattress, do not go anywhere but Mattress1. Joe the sales person is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was very patient and didn’t push the higher price items. We were very happy and highly recommend Mattress1!

Went in March 2019, and was told the store had changed management. They have a good selection of name brands like Sealy, Tempur-Pedic, and others. It's as big as any other mattress store, filled with beds to try. They also have bedframes that lift, pillows, some other accessories. We got there on open, and had the full attention of the salesman. He was knowledgeable but not overly pushy. We ended up with two mattresses, and were happy with the price. Delivery is scheduled for next week, I'll update if anything really good or really bad happens. But in terms of the store experience, it was very good.

It's Black Friday, I came to the store because of the Ad I saw in the paper and the store was closed around 12:45pm. Sign on door says "will be back in 5-10 min". I went to a competitor and came back at 1:36pm, the door is still locked and sign still on the door. It's crazy that the company spent money on Ad's but couldn't take the time to properly staff the store. Big Loss for this store, I need to furnish a new house.... I'm moving on to another store. We have plenty of choices here in Naples.

The most disappointing experience with this company. The salesman is incompetent and the manager useless. They wasted our time and costed us thousands of dollars and never managed to deliver the entire ordre we had placed. I will never ever do business with this company. They could not care less for clients as soon as you have paid your bill, they treat you like garbage.
