Best customer service I have received in a long time the representatives name was Ashley she helped me with my phones and tablets and home internet she went beyond to help me to get all my phone numbers the same first three digits. I really hope that Metro recognizes this employee this is the face of the company that they want.

Scammers
Today i went to the store to just make a switch between phones and keep my same number
First thing they told me its that the activation fee went up crazy to 100 bucks i was a little suspicious but i said ok no problem i also request a screen protector when i get the ticket it said that i paid 138 for a activation fee and a speaker? I did ask why they add me that i didnt ask for it but they told me it was part of the system didnt believe that so i call costumer service and turns out they just charge 25 plus tax for a activation i feel so upset but the worst part comes when i try to call someone (i did call costumer service from another phone) i cant. I really feel upstet and disappoint

It seems that they only care about how much money they can make. It's not only stores, but Metro PCS as a whole. They have no specials, promotions, deals of any kind for existing customers. We are forced to buy new phones at full price every 6 mths -yr because theirs don't last. It's B. S. I've been a customer for almost 20 years & I'm so unsatisfied.

Now that they have changed owners the customer service is exceptional, and the staff is helpful and attentive. Previously, the few times I went there was a long wait to be served and the staff didn't always know about the product or the plans.
