I have been a Metro customer for 14 years, I went to this particular store as it's very close to my place of work, I did with the plan to get a Hotspot box, which I got and also I bought 2 new phones with accessories, so it was a good buy for the store and so far I was very satisfied with Rosana customer service, then out of the blank, George jump into the finalized sale and promised that if I will come next day to complete the reviews in the store he will give me a Bluetooth player box, I did return next day, Rosana wasn't there but George was, he completely dismissed me, told me that who told me that, that Rosana may has said, so I went next day and I saw Rosana, she recalled him saying that, but she couldn't give me a Bluetooth speaker unless, she was authorize, she called the manager who recommended to give to me, as they promised, regardless she didn't, I ask to speak with the manager, she told me he was on holidays, have to wait until he gets back, so after 2 weeks leaving messages and trying to talk to the manager, finally I got to meet him in a surprise visit I did to store today, his name is Alejandro, he played like he didn't knew anything about, even though George was next to him, and the day before I was there looking for him, and George was there and told me he didn't knew what day he would be at the store, Alejandro did say sorry, I can do nothing, they give you bad information, just disregard me, same as George, like they played a core, by this time the speaker are gone, I wonder if they took home themselves, I ask if there's an upper manager, Alejandro said, there is not superior over him,
So, my view on this incident, they are playing deceitful practices with clients, which is not really a fair deal with the long time Metro customer, I will be very careful when I do business at this site,

On Monday, the lady who helped me offered me a tablet for the plan that I paid for $60 and with the tablet I would take it for $70 and since I didn't accept her offer she wouldn't let me pay for my line and started making excuses that without carrying I can't pay the line for the tablet

On more than 6 occasions I recommended this store and brought people to get their lines, we always left very satisfied. Unfortunately today I went to take out a line and the seller with a very bad attitude only tried to sell me according to what was convenient for him rather than seeing what my need was and he tried to sell me more than what I need and very bad attention. What a shame that this store that was known for providing good service now has these representatives.

4/18/23 First time visiting this location on Airport Rd and was greeted with a smile upon entering and it was the smoothest transaction ?I've been looking for a good location after the one in Pipers crossing closed, and this is it. Friendly, helpful & efficient staff!
