Got two blue Long Islands couldn’t taste alcohol and neither one waited 20 minutes or more for appetizers then waited another 15 minutes for drinks then waited another 25 to 30 minutes for our entrées by the time we got those we weren’t even hungry or ready to be there anymore so we asked her to go boxes waited 20 minutes for her to bring to go boxes without the check, then had to wait for her to bring me my check then after she cashed me out, she went and took another tables order, holding onto my card By this time I was kicked off $105 bill And the worst service ever. And didn’t even eat our entrées. We were there for two hours.

We sat outside, as we had a dog with us. Service was slow, and it was not that busy, but in defense of the server, she had tabi inside and out. The food was good. Had the pot stickers, a Reuben sandwich and corned beef egg rolls. Food was hot, and good tasting.

Ordered a glass of Miller Lite and it looked like apple juice(flat). The beer was cold and lively but the glass was not beer clean. The manager didn’t know what I meant. I had her bring me a plastic cup and poured the beer into the cup and it held a head just fine. Managers need to be trained on how to clean glassware to present a good glass of beer.

Too bad! Good concept, poor execution. Food was just OK, service was poor, ambience was "lots of tvs". We won't be going back and would suggest there are a lot of good restaurants around, no need to "settle". Time for new management!!

I like Millers. What I don't like is when you order a take out order they tack on about a 7% service fee. WTF is that? They try to sneak it in. What that means is that although I would normally leave a small tip on a takeout order, in this case I leave nothing.
