The RN who saw me was great and nice. However ever since I left I was taking penicillin then started breaking out in hives bad. I've been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy or the doctor for 3 days now. I waited 2 and half hours on hold just to finally be taken to the pharmacy voicemail. As well as over an hr to be hung up on by the minute clinic. How absurd now my strep throat is back and I'm pissed!

3/4/22 went in a.m. For walk-in. I was told to use kiosk to make a walk-in appointment by the not so helpful patient provider in the consulting office. I made an appointment same day 3:20. Kiosk took all my info including card. Came back at 3:00pm, appointment not showing on the kiosk so I waited. I explained to the Nurse practitioner (Same gal from the morning) She was completely uninterested and unhelpful And shut the door on me. Nurse Melissa has terrible attitude, not interested in helping people. Why is she even there? She should find a job she likes, she is doing a great disservice to people in need of caring medical help. Minute clinic should employ an administrative person. Terrible service.

I use minute clinics for all kinds of minor issues. I have always been very satisfied with the care I have received at this minute clinic. Knowledgeable providers and easy process to register and be seen

Cvs on immobile and Collier. This is the worst place to get your prescriptions. They NEVER answer their phones. When they finally did I asked them to transfer a prescription from Ohio. When I didn’t hear back from them I tried calling them twice and again they didn’t answer their phones. So I drove over to talk to them personally and when I got to the desk the person next to me was yelling at them about not answering their phones. So I talked to them about the transfer I gave them 2 days ago and the didn’t have. I asked if I could get right away and someone walked by and said it takes 24 hours. I said I called 2 days ago. So needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places to go. The next place I went, Publix, the called and made the transfer as I was standing there.

The pharmacist was absolutely wonderful. The support staff however was in not attentive, and generally unpleasant.

Wouldn't leave one star if I had the choice! Took my 88 year old mother in law in with aches, pains, headache, dry cough, ect....the doctor told us that we would have to get an appointment for a covid test and then if negative we can come back. We left and went to a real urgent care where we found out she has pneumonia and was sent straight to the hospital for admission not even an hour after we tried minute clinic. If we would of waited the 3 or 4 days for a test appointment because that would be the next availability and then come back she would of been on deaths door, she's pretty close to it right now! You sent a almost 90 year old women away with pneumonia! I hope you sleep real good at night! This place is a joke, word of advice go to a real urgent care!

Went in for a double ear infection, I was prescribed the medicine I needed and treated in a timely and friendly manner. Incredibly small staff but very professional.

The service was fast and friendly. You can make an appointment on line to lessen your wait. The pharmacy is attached and makes the picking up of medication easy. They take Medicare and there was no copay. They do not have an X-ray machine.

Horrible service. I walked in on December 31st without an appointment and the rude employee by the name of: Emilee Greenwood asked me to wait Incase her appointment at 3:10 didn't show up in 15 minutes then she would take me. She made me wait 20 minutes and when it was 3:25pm and her appointment had not shown up she told me she couldn't take care of me because she changed her mind and didnt feel confortable in taking me in anymore and that she doesn't get paid for working past her scheduled time, she was also very rude as I left she raised ver voice at me telling me how irresponsable I was and how I should of made it earlier on time. Very rude!

Not worth the trouble. They will prescribe nothing. I needed an antibiotic and steroid for severe congestion. They refused. Went to NCH walk-in clinic, saw a real doctor, and got what I needed without issue.
