I have always been very satisfied with the products and service provided by the Minuteman Press in Naples. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had posted this review several years ago and thought I would update it. When you do business with a vendor it is the people that you are doing business with that either make it a good experience or a bad experience. My experience with Kelly Martin that works at the Minuteman Press has been outstanding. She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Therefore, I plan to do some more business with this company in the near future

I had a great experience here 2 years ago when I created my business cards and flyers but now dealing with richard, the manager, and the new guy tony. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away from these rude people!!!!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful.
I was kind and respectful, tony was the one having a bad day and couldn't hear the spelling of my company name. If he had pulled up my account from the beginning, it would have been avoided but instead tony gets frustrated and yells hold on and transfers me to richard the manager.

Minuteman Press has been handling all of our printing needs since 2017. From Business Cards to Order Forms to Mass Media Mailings - their team is Top Notch. Great Turn Around time. Great Design Team. Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff. I'd highly recommend them for any of your printing needs.

Does not use spell check
Owner told me work order was correct on spelling etc
Then they turn around and mis spell Colorado on business cards
Very unfriendly
Very unprofessional
Would not recommend ever

A big shoutout to Minuteman Press in Naples!! I know that their orders are usually very large print jobs, but they took on a booklet that I needed to have printed for a small charity group. It was not an easy task because our software is convoluted, but Richard managed it without a glitch and with good humor! Thanks very much, Minuteman! You are GREAT!!

David, Kelly and Richard at MinuteMantPrint have set a new standard for commitment and quality. Where another company failed to deliver in two weeks, they completed my printing job in one day. The results were amazing. Beyond that, they showed up and provided top-notch customer service, ensuring every detail was perfect and making the entire process stress-free. First off, a simple review cannot fully capture how pleased we are with this company! Initially, we hired another local company for an extremely important job with a two-week deadline, but they failed miserably. In a state of panic with only a few days left before our retreat, we contacted Minuteman, not expecting much given the tight timeline.
From the start, Kelly, David, and Richard were upfront and honest with us about the challenges. Despite this, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. Their dedication and professionalism truly saved the day for us. We couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service.
We will recommend them for any and all print service you may need!!!

I was looking for a company to print new waterproof menus for my local restaurant. I found Minuteman Press on google and decided to check them out. They are locally owned in Naples, so when I went in to speak with the team I was impressed with the knowledge of different types of styles that would work for my project. I worked with Sarah and Kelly during my project and their communication and updates were helpful to make sure the menus would come out perfect. They kept me updated on the completion time table (even with a little hiccup in the project timeline). When the menus arrived they looked amazing, colors popped and the photos looked just like they do on my iphone. We have received countless compliments from guests on how nice our menus look. The pricing was fair and competitive even against huge online sites (but they are local so you can go in and touch the item before its completed, so huge bonus) David (the owner) hand delivered the menus in professional packaging and in perfect condition, even in the rain.
For sure will be using Minuteman Press again for future projects!
