Had six employees in store all hot food was empty five employees started an argument because was asked why no hot food claimed they were to busy to make food losers fix the blame winners fix the problem walked not interested in a fight looking for service and food

This is now a brand new 7 Eleven. It is one like I have never seen before. It has more self-service options for coffee on the go. It even has taps for cold brew and iced tea. Super clean. It is much bigger than the last store that it replaced.

The sign posted a price for regular gas of $2.29 but after pumping the gas the person at the next pump said be careful they are overcharging. I looked at the pump and saw that I had been charge $2.99 a gallon. I when inside to complain and the clerk said there was nothing she could do !!!! This station is to be avoided !!!

Technically we don't even have the option to give refunds. We are left there alone and they don't give refunds. It could have been used at another Mobile. But I know what you mean, I worked there when this was going on. They brought in two new managers for two stores and I was never late,bleached entire store every night, anything anyone touched, gas pumps and buttons and all. I did everything I was asked and beyond. Now they fired me, a single mom who had another job offer full time making more but I didn't wanna leave them hanging because there was no one else working nights. Well because my hand is nerve damaged I count the till a tad earlier, but still take customers, I just write what they paid if they used cash so I can drop when time to leave. The manager would be 30 min late every morning sometimes 15-20 if I was lucky. We weren't paid for that, which adds up everyday. I was always early. But new kids are no call no show and one even gives stuff to people he knows,for free. Which is stealing. He sits on his laptop all night. One kid never showed and only works two nights a week, well he said he forgot he worked that night,BS excuse and said he'd head in. Never showed. Never fired. Then never showed again. Still there. But I busted my butt and lost my job and wouldn't even give me a reason. I think it was over missing stuff, but found out the kid gives stuff away. Now I've been struggling because I lost the other job because they needed full time and I didn't wanna leave this place hanging even though other place paid more. I shoulda said screw em. They found approx 4-6 dead rats inside the tiny store and covered in maggots. Maggots were falling from ceiling. Bathroom smelled like death I PAID for an air freshener to make it smell like cherries. They screwed me with the other job and weren't happy because I threatened not to come in one night until my paycheck was fixed. This was after my first 3 were also messed up and after working over my hours waiting for morning person (manager) and never getting paid for that time. She knew she was late and she did payroll and paid herself. Probably missed out on many hours. And fired me when I busted my butt but having one nerve damaged hand didn't stop me from doing more than the night crew now do. They probably stock more, the packages of drinks, none of us girls can carry and half time everything is in wrong spot I didn't know where to put anything but that's all they do. Screw Rudy and hate that it's the closest to my house and because I was screwed I was just short of getting my car and had to use the savings for bills. This one and Airport/ Pine Ridge one are ran buy same guy. Overpriced because he's trying to make up for the money he's not making compaired to his Miami stores. Well duh no one would go here if they had a choice, half the people drive a little ways down to Circle K now because they don't like how it's become under new owners and management

Horrible. Car wash doesn't work. Won't give refund. Told me someone crashed into it a couple of days ago and yet they took my money and won't credit back the charge I made with the cashier, not the kiosk, which couldn't read 3 different cards. Spoke ro manager on speakerphone of employee, just as clueless and useless. I don't want a "free car wash" for some future date of I never go that way, nor is it "free" if they already kept my money and will just give me a replacement code for some other time

Had once of the worst experiences to date at this Mobil today; one of the workers was incredibly rude to me. Normally, workers at this store are very friendly and honest, but today was not the case. I had an employee whom I had specific issues with, but will not name him on this review; after attempting to checkout, I felt like an idiot, after being treated harshly, and with the connotation that I had the intelligence of a two year old. Normally a positive experience gone bad.
