James Carroll, the new manager at Mobil Exxon #844 2100 Goodlette Rd, Naples is a credit to your store. I put my credit card in the wrong slot and he was so patient and helpful retrieving my card. He went above and beyond being helpful. Being a senior citizen I felt ridiculous but he was so very courteous and he calmed my nerves. James Carroll is an asset to your company and a wonderful person. He made my day!!!

As others already said, the pump had a weird way of working and when I went inside to ask for help, the big black man working there was very rude and didn’t offer us any help when 2 other people had the same issue. They should treat their customers better

On 11/7/23 I visited Rebel 844 at 2100 Goodlette Rd N, Naples, FL 34102. I paid $25 on my card for Petrol at the counter but was unable to get the Petrol pump working. I was told this transaction is cancelled and then paid a further $25 on my card, only used $23.88 of this and that was the amount taken from my card but also the original $25 was also taken from my card. I called at the Petrol station for a $25 refund but was told they cannot give refunds and that I had to contact head office for a refund. I have sent 2 emails to their head office and they have been ignored. It is no longer about the $25 but to let the public know what has happened to me. I have given one star and that is one star to many.

This must be the worst station in Naples. The pumps don’t seem to work. When I asked for help in the store, the clerk, a short stocky woman with glasses, in a rude and completely unprovoked tone told me off because apparently there is a special way of lifting the nozzle and fiddling with the lever. Never mind that the other two customers at the station had the same problem on the other pumps and had to seek help. I simply left without getting any fuel.

Pumps are finicky sometimes, especially with tap to pay. On a bright note, employees are great. Dennis, working on the night of 10/4, was very friendly and helpful!

Bought a beverage that came out to 5 and change. Blonde tweaker girl was complaining while giving me change. Shorted me on a dollar. Did the math in my head before she handed me the change, noticed she shorted me, paid a dollar for a one star review ??✌️
