This location has very rude employees. I told that I wanted the homewrecker bowl. The regular one. I asked her a couple of questions throughout the process like is steak an upcharge and she raised her voice and said yes!! The food on the steam table looked old and unappealing. I should have turned around and walked out!! Got to the register and looked like the manager was counting the drawer and there was no smile no hello no communication to me at all!! She rung me up whenever got done counting the drawer. I thought a Mgr was supposed to do that in the back away from customers? I went to the Pico bar and the chunky salsa was so old!!! It was turning colors!!! I was stunned. Was very leary about the other stuff. All of this food was terrible!! It was all old food that has been in a steamroller for well over 4 hours and my stomach could not handle it. The chips were mixed in with old ones too!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!

The service here is consistently unbelievably poor. I’ve tried to come here on multiple occasions for convenience but I will not return to this location. This does not feel like a traditional Moes. No welcome to Moe’s when walking in. Associates wearing air pods in both ears while taking your order, touching their cell phone with the gloves they use to prepare your food, and overall rude demeanor. No sense of care when it comes to providing service. This type of service and lack of food safety is unbelievable. Whoever manages this place needs to take a look in a mirror and decide if this is for them.

Get notice on app of $6 burrito / bowl promo. No matter what burrito I pick it wont work on app and details goes into 30 plus page manuscript of every law known to man. I wanted to make sure I get the promo. Older spanish lady gets her with an attitude, to the one that speaks a little English. I told her can you please ring me up for the promo to make sure I'll get it. She insists that I order first. I ask again I can get anything. She again says Order with an attitude. Time to pay, instead of $6 total she says it's a discount bc I got meat and cheese which doesnt apply for full discount?I'm all for hiring all people but if the person on register can't communicate properly with guests. Then has an attitude and lies to the manager on the phone about it all. Then she hollers at me saying she'll call the police on me. All for calling her a liar. WoW! Wont be back here ever again. Even the lady making my food got angry when I picked different rice. As if my order came fixed a specific way with zero choices. Horrible from start to end!

Went in trying to use my 20$ banked reward and the cashier was super rude wouldn’t help me out and she said I can only use my banked rewards online. Never in the years of having the moes app and getting banked rewards was I not allowed to redeem in store! Pathetic. Female has a very bad attitude. This used to be my favorite location.

Clearly a poorly ran Moe’s. Extremely disappointed to drive 20mins, arrive 15mins before closing, and be locked out and rejected service while food was still out and the “OPEN” sign was still on. 2nd time this year at this location.

BE AWARE OF GIFT CARDS. IT’S A SCAM!! If you are going to purchase Moe’s gift card, please READ this before you purchase. The restaurant was empty when I walked in. There was only one lady there who speaks Spanish ONLY. The rice was not cooked through and the meat was so rough. She charged me full price on Moe’s Monday even though she confirmed that it’s Moe’s Monday (not sure if she understood it). I wanted to use their e-gift card that I purchased directly from Moe’s website, but she doesn’t know how to use it. The machine kept giving her error. Since she doesn’t speak English, she kept showing me her screen and didn’t even attempt to call someone for help. Why would you left ONLY one non-English speaking person in store? Poor customer service. Then, I saw other reviewers mentioning that they don’t accept gift cards despite the fact they advertise gift cards in store! SCAM!! I can’t use the gift card either in store or on their app. I want my money back!!! I ended up paying $32 for two uncooked bowls. I’ll file definitely complaints with the store management and headquarters. I’ll NEVER RETURN Again.

Restaurant was completely empty when we walked in. One of the ladies was talking on her phone when we walked in. Not once did she look up or welcome us. Neither her nor the other lady working there seemed happy to have any customers walk through their doors. We were forced to tip BEFORE we even sat down to eat. Food was sub par - burrito was rubbery and the nacho chips were stale. Rice, beans and meat were warm and bland.

music is way too loud, they give you NOTHING for meats, i cant stress that enough how little meat they give you. i got charged double meat when i asked for a little more, i swear i got not even half a regular portion. terrible

Open sign was already off 20min before door stated they close. Google says they close at 10. Anyways.. Staff seemed less than enthusiastic when I walked in, guess they didn’t know I understood Spanish when they said words under their breath when I walked in about 20min before closing because my pregnant wife wanted moes. Ordered 2 stacks, one veggie one chicken. They miss-marked them putting the veggie sticker on the chicken stack. Person who was a vegetarian (because of all the toppings) ended up eating half a chicken stack before they looked in it and realized they were eating chicken. 20min before closing, all the sauces were already pulled out so couldn’t even get any of those. Would give less than one star if it was an option.

Really bad managed. Last night, at the register I was told they do not take gift cards. How hard can it be for the manager to post a sign on the entrance door that says: 'NO GIFT CARDS"

My mom and I went to lunch here today. I really like their burritos especially since they have fresh cilantro you can add as a topping. The two women working did a great job for being so understaffed. Also the tables are super comfortable because there's plenty of booths. Thanks so much.
