Bought a $68 dollar pair of earring and after I bought them discovered the post was bent on one. I returned them the next day and the saleswoman said they did not allow returns for jewelry. I explained it was damaged and she said I could replace it but I specified that the post was too thin and easy to bend so of course I did not want to replace with another pair that would do the same. Looked all over for another pair most had the same thin cheappost. Finally found a pair and it was obvious the salesperson was not happy with me. Makes me wonder why there is no returns for jewelry. Would not go back to Monkee’s

I enjoyed visiting Monkee’s for the first time recently. I found adorable placemats and a beautiful wrap cover up for my mother-in-law gift as well as a lovely dress I wear often and cute earrings too. The staff there were very nice and helpful. Will definitely return. Thank you!

My favorite place to shop in Naples! I can always find something here I can't live without! Manager, Caroline, is so kind and helpful!

10 day return policy gives no time to use this shop to buy gifts. I sent my daughter (lives in Boston) a White and Warren expensive sweater and she was unhappy with the cut and thought she would return it when coming to Naples to visit a few weeks later. The owner refused to take sweater back even for an exchange. My daughter thought the store had dresses she would have bought, but instead we just left the store. I have spent a lot of money at this shop but will not be returning. I felt owner was rude.

I don't ever post reviews, but this seriously is the BEST shop in Naples! The owner and employees are always kind and helpful, even if I'm just browsing. I never feel pressure to buy unless I love the product. And the merchandise is like nothing you'll see elsewhere in Naples! I found the most gorgeous dress for my son's rehearsal dinner by a Greek line, Kasia, I've never seen anywhere else! Beautiful colors, bright prints and a wide ranges of sizes! Love the place!

I've been in the store a couple of times over the past few months and have NEVER been greeted or asked if I can be helped. Yesterday I was the only person in the store for 15 minutes and 3 employees just kept working and never approached me.

BEST store in Naples!!! From the huge selection of women’s clothing and shoes, to any and all gifts and home decor you could imagine - not to mention the outstanding customer service I received! A shopping spree to Monkee’s is a must on your next visit to Naples!

Needing a new boutique that's a one stop shop to find the best selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, gifts, and so much more? Monkee's is it! The staff is incredibly helpful, and Sarah, the owner, would do anything to accommodate your needs! After finding this great, local boutique, I don't want to shop anywhere else!!!

If you are looking for a new fav store in Naples that has high-end brands and hands-on customer service, look no further. They carry amazing resort wear like Oliphant, Poupette St, Barth, Celia B. and too many others to name. If you’re a lover of luxury goods, they have amazing vintage handbags as well and they are AMAZING! You can spend all day in the store finding all the little treasures. A must-do in Naples for sure!

I was eating lunch at a restaurant in Venetian Village and saw some beautiful dresses on sale racks outside of the store. I stopped in and tried on 2 and absolutely loved 1 of them. I happily purchased it. It was 40% off which I was thankful for as I wouldn't have paid full price. I just don't spend what full price was on 1 dress. So happy to have found this place and will definitely be back!

Unfortunately another bad experience. I didn't want to believe the negative reviews as I always like to give small boutiques my business and it is really too bad because this is a gorgeous store in Naples. I was so excited to come across it one hour before it closed on the final day of our first trip back to Florida post covid. We were visiting from Canada and my daughter made a rash decision to buy something with her own money. She wanted to exchanged it when we come back to Naples over the holidays and when speaking to the store employee over the phone she wouldn't make an exception for her. Its really too bad as I was so excited to finally have a store I wanted to shop at in Naples! I love to support small business but not ones that can't work with their patrons.

Sarah, the owner, is awful. Very rude. Her “story” looks nice but she’s not. Fake is an understatement, you do not want to work for her. She only cares about money, do not recommend shopping here

I came into the Monkee's of Naples the other day lured by the attractive window display and purchased two dresses. I told the friendly sales associate that I wasn't sure about them and would need to try them on at home with the proper foundation garment (I was wearing a sundress without a bra). That would have been an excellent time for her to alert me to the store's draconian return policy. And yet she said nothing. Nor was there anything visibly posted in the store.I was only alerted to it AFTER I had purchased the dresses (and their dresses are not inexpensive: $200 - $400 per dress on average) and read the very fine print on the sales receipt: exchange or store credit only within 10 days. As the dresses weren't a good fit, I emailed the owner and asked her to make an exception as 1.) I had just purchased the dresses the day before and they were pristine with tags attached, etc. 2.) I advised the sales associate that I wasn't sure about them and was not advised of the return policy 3.) I live in CA so a store credit does me no good. The owner refused to make an exception and was quite snarky in her reply. Reading the other reviews on both Google and Yelp, this seems to be a pattern with her. NOTE: This is a franchise and this particular owner, Sarah Woodworth, owns the Monkee's in Naples, FL, Lexington, KY, and Louisville, KY. Buyer beware!

B.E.S.T.B.O.U.T.I.Q.U.E in all of Naples!!!! So I never post, but I just read these other reviews and laughed out loud--clearly some disgruntled customers who don't like the store policies. I found them in February when they participated in a fashion show at our country club and I haven't shopped anywhere else since--you name it, Monkee's has it. From Shoshanna & Milly, to my favorite newer designers like Poupette St. Barth & Banjanan, the clothing selection is incredible! And they also have amazing shoes and a vast gift and accessory assortment. I came here for all birthday and hostess gifts through out the season. But what I loved most is their incredible customer service-Sarah, the owner, would literally do everything in her power to get me whatever size, color, etc. I needed and gave me her personal cell to contact her while I was home over the summer and in need of a dress for an event. Don't be fooled by these other reviews-go check it out for yourself-you'll have a new favorite boutique!

I normally don't like to post reviews. I was browsing the stores at Venetian Village. I walked in because of the beautiful rugs in the window. I purchased two rugs and a matching throw. Over $600.The sales staff was super friendly and helpful. I told the cashier that I was taking the rugs home to make sure that they fit next to the bed. The exchange policy on the receipt for exchanges only. This is fiair but not like other big chains. BUYER BEWARE. The rugs were too big for the space in our bedroom and I brought one back. On the receipt it says exchanges only. So I was willing to do some exchanges but the owner was there when I did the return. I have never felt so shamed by a rude owner. She told me that I was ridiculous to wanting to return a rug and a blanket that had never been opened. She said how could somebody return that during Covid. We don't take returns only clothing. Hmmm. Wait are clothing returns different in some way than a rug?? She said the policy is right in front of you. Period. But the receipt says something different I said. She actually was so rude to me in front of all of her customers. Telling me that I was told the policy ( I was not) and I felt I would not be welcomed back. I can't believe this in the days of Covid and being kind to people how rude this owner is. Wow. . I felt shamed and that the owner does not care about her customers. Brand new by the way. She actual made up some story and tried to argue with me. Isn't rule one in customer service that you don't shame your customers. Unbelievable and will never return. This means nothing in this wealthy Community. But I thought it was important to know that local business owners are treating people without respect in today's world. Shop wisely! Feel sad for employees who have to learn from this.
