Hired in a pinch as a last resort, WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!!First, they damaged several pieces of furniture loading and unloading without care.Second, complete disregard for anything fragileLastly, and MOST importantly - THIEVES!!!Hired to pack, yet systematically withheld items during the loading, $1000s worth. Relocation took several weeks so missing items were not noticed immediately. Inquiries met with dismissiveness and avoidance. Employees worked with property management, Southern Village Properties, to remove items for their own personal gain.DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE!AVOID SOUTHERN VILLAGE PROPERTIES AS WELL.

I booked a move several weeks in advance. A few days later I called to confirm, and the hourly rate they quoted was higher than the original quote. When I asked why, they had added an extra man, and then said, "oh, you booked with ____. A full week before the move, I cancelled this company because I had a bad feeling about them. They said my $100 deposit was not refundable. Really? I ended up using a great company.

Myra is incredibly rude and ubnoxious. This company merged with Move2Day and since, when I call, I cannot get through to them, it is a fast busy on the Move2Day number. I must call my friend and ask her to call for me and to have them call me back, because their phone service does not work. So I found the number to call them with the MOVE ME number. Myra answered after I had been waiting for 1.5 hours for someone to call me back, which they did not, I called the Move Me number. Myra answered and was rude to me and didn't care about anything, did not listen to me all while she continued typing in my ear! I want to cancel my move and get my money back because of the lack of customer service and care not to mention a phone system that does not work!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We needed a local moving company to deliver furniture quickly. Read the reviews for Mov2Day aka Move Me and decided to contact them. Contacted Tony on Wednesday and he happily agreed to deliver on Friday. Accommodating and professional! On Friday the delivery showed up on time. Alonzo was extremely pleasant, courteous, professional, and caring. His co-worker Gene was excellent also. We needed a desk moved to the garage and they happily agreed to help with that. They very carefully brought in the bed, assembled it, and made sure everything was in order. Alonzo is one of the most pleasant young men I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend Move2Day. Aka Move Me for all of your moving needs.

Amazing company. We contacted them the day before we needed help. They were able to set things up and handle things very professionally. We had a snag with receiving extra items, but Tony was able to set things right and got us all squared away. Will definitely use again!

Bottom line: they severely damaged a customer’s item, contracted my disabled veteran-owned small business to repair, refuse to pay when work is complete, and threaten to defame my business.• They contracted me to repair a severely damaged antique chest (1840s Eastlake sidelocker tallboy). I repaired the dresser and sent an invoice. When I called the 3rd time about the overdue invoice (due on 11/1/21), they stated they had never received it. My records show that it was viewed 16 times at that time (total of 21 times as of 2/11/22).• I called them and spoke to the “answering service” who promised to have the claims person contact me that day (1/24/22). I called on 1/26/22 after receiving no return call and was sent straight to voicemail (and the next 6 times I called from my business phone).• On 2/3/22, I left a negative review early in the morning. I called from my business phone and went straight to voicemail. I called from a separate line 1 minute later and they picked up right away. The “answering service” stated that she had spoken to the owner and a check would be cut and mailed that day.• The “answering service” called me later and said they would pay me only if I removed the negative review. She was very upset and apparently not noticed the review I had left during our earlier conversation. She also threatened to have “all 200 employees” leave negative reviews for my business based solely on me having left a negative review and continuing to want to be paid for work they contracted me to do. What I am sure she was not aware of was that she was on speakerphone at my customer’s residence, and that my customer that day is a Federal Judge. The advice from my customer following the phone conversation was enlightening and invaluable. Thank goodness for good people…• Bottom line, Mov2day damaged an irreplaceable item, contracted my disabled veteran owned small business to do repairs, refused to pay, then threatened to defame my business.• Pictures are attached of the damage done by Mov2day to the very rare Eastlake sidelocker. They used packing tape directly on the finish, destroyed a rare knight drop bail pull, and broke pieces of trim off. The last picture is after successful repairs to the ultra-rare chest, to include the pull.

In the process of getting lawyers involved. I would strongly recommend never using this company.Fidel and Maira Castaneda are the owners; in case the employees try to give you the runaround.

This is the best moving service I've ever used! Angel S and Luis C are very professional and curteous! They wrapped all of my furniture items carefully and securely. They were on time and polite. I will be sure to use your company in the future!

I would certainly recommend this moving company. They were outstanding! They were very professional and my biggest concern was damaged pieces and all my furniture and other items came through thankfully unscathed. If you're moving and need a great company, don't hesitate to call them!
