i have been coming to aispa for the last few months - after moving to naples from massachusetts i was on the hunt for a new nail salon, luckily i came across aispa - the service is great , the staff is extremely professional and friendly and the work is amazing! i highly recommend if you are looking for a new place to get your nails done or want a relaxing pedicure :)

One of the most underwhelming pedicures ever. Money wasted here. The lady doing my pedicure looked so miserable. Had no concept of scrubbing. The entire pedicure from start to finish was 25 min. I requested and paid for the spa special pedicure, NOT the express (average in other places is about 1 hour). No one else was in the spa, and there were three employees. This tech was attempting to erase the sloppy job with alcohol after she put the top coat. Never again. They get two stars because this place was clean.

I appreciated that they stayed past five to give me a pedicure and manicure. Everyone there is si nice.

I made a last minute appointment and was able to get right in. I Way past due, needing my nails done and the tech did an awesome job! She did exactly what I asked and wanted her to do. She was very professional and gentle. I also had a pedicure, also a Great job on my toes and feet. I Love this Salon, it is immaculate and very serene. The owner is a Beautiful person inside and out. She was out of town, her brother was filling in, he is Also Wonderful.. Just a Beautiful Family!

I stopped in as a walk in. The staff was very nice and took me immediately. The person that did my pedicure did a beautiful job.
The salon is lovely and very clean.
I will definitely be back.

The place is great!
Ai and techs are nice and friendly. The atmosphere is very pretty and relaxing. They always do a good job. I highly recommend Ai Nail spa.

I got my toes done, and that was great. The lady who did my toes knew what she was doing then to get a full set. I showed a picture and two of the nail tech looked at the picture. One nail tech said she could do the design in the picture, but the other nail tech didn’t do the design in the picture I said to the lady I wanted the picture and she said my nails where too short but I know they just didn’t want to do it. If you want goo service don’t go to that place. The mall nail salon is %100 better and cheaper. One of the pictures is what i wanted and the other is what i got and it’s nothing the same I paged $130 for not what i wanted and they blew it off like it was nothing
