Zero communication, reached out several times with sales associate in regards to otd price and all they did was try to lure me onto to the lot. Off to the next dealership I guess.

I had a few warranty items to be fixed and Natalia was able to schedule my service and have my truck repaired while I was away on a long weekend. She did a fantastic job keeping me informed of how everything was going even while she was a bit under the weather.

Not a good experience in this place. Spent three days working a deal with two team members, both confirmed we have a deal, but ended up losing it because one of the managers sold the car in the meantime. Find another place.

Naples Dodge has way better deals then any other dodge dealership, they will beat any price guaranteed ask for Anthony for your sales guy and Mike as your finance guy and you are in good hands . Forget those other dealerships when looking for a dodge or jeep .
