Amazing service! Contacted Jill and asked if she can customise a gift basket to send do to a friend who had surgery, she is a very pleasant lady, very easy to work with and very customer oriented. She agreed on everything I wanted to include in the basket and put them all in the basket that I liked most. Her communication is excellent. She sent me a photo of the basket before she delivered it, it was gorgeous and my friend loved it! Naples Gift Baskets and Florals will be my shop to send baskets in Naples. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time using BloomNation and I couldn’t be happier! It was incredibly easy to order right online and the selection of arrangements was wonderful. So many beautiful choices. I ended up deciding on the English Garden arrangement for someone who needed their spirits lifted and it absolutely worked! Delivery was right on time and the arrangement was stunning! I’m so happy to have found this florist and will absolutely use them for any future floral needs! I highly, highly recommend! You will be very happy you did!

So happy with my experience! I always worry using a florist I am not familiar with, but the flowers were being delivered several states away. I chose Naples Gift Baskets and Floral based on reviews. The flowers were delivered when promised (next day!) and they were beautiful! My cousin sent me a pic of them and they were exactly as pictured on their website. I would definitely recommend this business!

Jill and Naples Gifts Baskets & Floral was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wanted a specific "new home wine/bread/salt" basket so I customized one of their baskets. Every request was met with a no hesitation "Yes, I can do that." My son and daughter-in-law loved their new home basket that was hand delivered by Jill.
