I had the best experience purchasing my new Infiniti QX60 from Naples INFINITI. I was blessed to meet my sales agent Leo.
He had through knowledge of the whole lineup of Infinity Models and features. I drove several cars and decided to get the QX60 and I Love it. The whole staff from the sales manager, to financing, and service. I could have not asked for a better experience.

Always a great experience with them. I highly recommend Naples Infiniti to anyone looking at getting into an Infiniti. I have sent them several referrals and they do not disappoint. We bought a car from them and the process was refreshingly easy. The whole process from start to finish was quick and everything seemed to go well. I was a big fan -- even referred several people to them... until I received a replacement registration in the mail. We transferred the registration from our previous vehicle and at the time of the sale they provided a new registration with the same expiration date on it as our old registration. That's what I was expecting. I looked at it. All good. A little over a week later I received a letter in the mail with another registration and a new sticker... with a different expiration date on it.
So we now have 2 nearly identical registrations, except with 2 different expiration dates on them. I called multiple times without getting a call back from anyone before I finally asked to speak with the GM. Scott answered and tried to give me some explanations -- everything from I was looking at wrong registration (I was not) to it * had * to be done that way because my husband's name was first on the deal. I wish they had mentioned that during the deal so we could have reversed the names and kept the same registration expiration date. It seems a silly thing, but I'm sure other women will understand the significance of having their birthday on the registration.
So, overall, still a good experience and I would still recommend the dealership in general, but the whole ordeal with the registration switching from essentially me to my husband kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Then not being able to get a hold of anyone for days on end to find out what happened. Minus one star for that. Definitely something for other women to be aware of and verify while they're putting the deal together.
