People at the location are great and all but they keep on spam calling me all the time and sometimes hang up. I don't need supplies every month. They also don't have a separate call list for these marketing calls so because I opted out now they won't even call me when it's related to my doctor's appointments. Naples Oxygen, fix this and respond here and I'll update my review.
They also claim I'm eligible for supplies according to my insurance but then they're unable to tell what and how much is covered by insurance unless I order. Streamline this workflow for god's sake.

I am having a major issue with Buffalo Wheelchair, the parent company for Adapt Health the parent company of Naples Oxygen. They supply my CPAP supplies. I received two invoices for supplies and paid both of them on 10/14. The money was taken out of my HSA account to pay them with an EFT. They are stating they never received the payment. I have conferenced Buffalo Wheelchair, Cigna and my HSA bank representative and Cigna is investigating it as of yesterday, so in the mean time Buffalo Wheelchair is continuing to hassle me after I told them the situation and they are aware of it.

Had an emergency with broken CPAP mask today. Thought I had a backup but no! Called Naples Oxygen and within an hour, my husband had a replacement mask and hose.
Thanks to Patricia at the Piper location in Naples, we will get some sleep tonight. Thank you so much Patricia. Your were amazing!

Great CPAP store. From the machine to the supplies they have it all. Very helpful staff- not pushy. Great with insurance. Go here if you need a CPAP machine or any supplies.

I have always bought my CPAC supplies at Naples Oxygen & CPAC. My recent purchase was at the Piper Blvd. in Naples. I needed instruction on connecting my new strap. They did not want to and said I was taking too long and needed to make an appointment for the time. They were rude and spoke down to me like I was an insignificant child that was taking up their time. I felt disrespected and embarrassed to say the least. This is the last time they will be inconvenienced by this loyal customer. If there was an option I would give ZERO stars. Highly do not recommend.

Terrible service at a location with terrible parking. I can only assume their apathy and lack of attention is because they are poorly compensated. Whatever you do try to get your supplies elsewhere.

I bought my Resmed AirSense 11 from this store. Lily provided several masks that lasted several years. Yesterday I N30i frame broke. I went to the store and asked to buy a new frame. The front desk woman told me I haven't ordered supplies from them. Therefore, they can't sell the frame to me. She also requested a sleep doctor's prescription.
I bought the same brand frame from Amazon this morning. It cost me half price than the store quoted.
This store isn't patient oriented . Avoid it if you can.

Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The person I met at the front desk was totally inept. The call center does not pick up their phone and when they do, they are also inept. I have been waiting a WEEK for them to get their act together and submit a pre-authorization to my insurance company so I can get a breathing device. I call and call and it never gets done.They require you to keep a credit card on file and even though I paid for my device PRIVATELY because I could not wait, they are trying to charge my card an unnecessary payment. They are just nothing but corporate greed - do not let the local name fool you. Go somewhere else if you need to breathe!! This company is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!

I have been buying replacement parts for my CPAP machine here for the last four years. The gentleman who works there has been very helpful. On my most recent visit I was told by another sales person that they would not sell me a replacement mask without an updated Prescription. Even though I’ve been using the same mask for 18 years explained that I was leaving the country the next day and would not have time to get an appointment with a sleep doctor. Would they please allow me to buy a replacement mask as I am in a dire situation , the manager came out and cited All their rules and regulations that they arbitrarily follow. I found them unhelpful, unsympathetic, flippant and indifferent towards my situation. I understand that there are rules that need to be followed but more importantly, there are lives at risk for people who need these machines to sleep. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a CPAP machine or to get any kind of service to go somewhere where they actually care about customers. Horrible experience, I will never return.

My cpap is covered by my Medicare and they still wanted to charge me 300. Down and 12 dollars a month. A rip off company ?
