Naples Park Auto is by far the best shop in Naples to take your car. Brandon and Summer are honest, knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. You know you're dealing with an honest shop when they tell you that you don't need something! All the work they did do was perfect and never had an issue. Nobody in Naples will touch my car but them!

I was very disappointed when I received the estimate to repair the water pump in an Audi Q3. The parts were double retail price. Then was charged $100 for diagnostics when I had the vehicle towed to another shop.

Been around around a long time and mostly have done my own mechanical work because it can be hard to find reputable shops that don’t take advantage or take forever but Naples park automotive is not that they got the work done early and where very fair , they took good care of my mother for many years and now me as well !! 5 stars

I just feel ripped off, tire change was $87.00 I brought my own tire. This is 3-4X higher than anyone in town. Price gouging at its finest. Don’t do business here.

Stopped in today for a possible engine fan problem. Brandon the owner and his mother at the front desk are both outstanding. They were honest with me and showed me what the potential problem could be. Other body shops quoted me insane prices and Brandon came in much much lower! I can not recommend them enough! They like to say FAIR HONEST & AFFORDABLE I COULD NOT AGREE MORE! I will absolutely be back!

Ok....the most impressive place!! We traveled from Michigan driving to Naples...had to leave next day after New years day so last minute we had a part issue that involved safety! They got the job done and cost was very reasonable!! Super honest and helpful!! Thank you so much!
