The majority of the machines are not working (both washers and dryers). Barely any places to sit. Generally, very run down and old. Needs a good dose of TLC. It will get your stuff washed and dried, but you may have to fight for a working washer or dryer.

I went at the wrong time it was very busy at 6:30 but by 7:00 so many people had left. Would give a higher rating but they have so many machines out of order which makes things take longer.

Literally TRASH! Had to stand in front of dryer 29 and 31 and kept having to press START every 10 seconds because it kept stopping. I called the owner and he said something about the “air valves” and how “the fitted sheets are getting stuck in the holes blah blah”.. It’s a commercial dryer. TherePoint is, the sheets aren’t drying in this ‘commercial’ dryer and the time is still ticking. Total waste!I own a cleaning business and am always washing sheets and comforters and have never had this issue at other laundromats. My personal LG dryer can do better than this! Waste of time and money. Owner not helpful!

Joan, Bonnie, and Ralph have Always been pleasant and helpful. Thank goodness we have a place to sit down while we're doing our laundry! And they kept my possessions safe when I accidentally left my cellphone there a year ago!!!!!!

On vacation in Naples and needed to do some laundry. Almost half of the washers and dryers were broken or out of order. Dryers that worked were not very hot taking much longer to dry. I'll try a different laundromat next time.

Super easy & Clean laundromat. You have to cash in for a store card and use that for washes & dryers.

We live in Naples and are without a washer and dryer during a home renovation. This facility is clean and I like that it is monitored by an employee.
