I had excellent service and communication from the original phone call for my truck to be picked up until they dropped it at my chosen destination. They arrived at the pick up location within minutes and called immediately after the drop off. I was able to make payment over the phone after drop off, which was very affordable. I highly recommend Naples, towing and recovery and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you.

Horrible experience!!! I dealt with the owner personally; she was extremely disrespectful and offered horrendous customer service with no cooperation. Sadly, I would never recommend this company.

Same situation my insurance never call me.back , I was on 75 with my wife and baby, decide to call Naples towing, driver came in less than 20 min . Today I call again to send my car to the mechanic and Naples towing did the job , they even send me a Picture to let me know my car was there , again excellent

We blew out two tires on our airstream on I75. It was an extremely busy Friday, traffic was insane. Our roadside assistance through our insurance was a joke. They kept asking questions like, “do you have the keys”. After three hours of waiting for my soon to be ex insurance co for help I decided to call Naples towing and recovery. Immediately the operator was so kind and thoughtful. She sent out a guy who had us moving again in 20 mins. Best money ever spent! Thank you 1000x!
Side note- my insurance co never called us back.

I'm not the one to leave negative reviews but a couple months back I was stuck in the Everglades and Naples towing and recovery came out to give me a jump. Everything went smoothly until the driver made me feel real uncomfortable because I asked if they were already paid his exact words where "stop playing games with me" .My girlfriend was the one who got a hold of them and dealt with them on the phone so I was just asking if they still needed to be paid. So as I'm working on paying him (via cash app) He's pretty much making me feel like I'm being held hostage. Dealing with this driver to me he seemed real unprofessional the way he was going about his business in dealing with me. I don't remember his name but he talked a little fluffy.I think his name was Joshua .I shouldn't be made to feel like a criminal or a hostage after being stuck in the Everglades for 6 hours in the dark.
Pricing was fair until the price went up when it came time to pay.

Rude driver, ran into him at a gas station in Tampa on 2/26/24 at about 5:30 and he was taking the only diesel pump that a trailer could fit at. He saw us patiently waiting, was inside for 15 min and then pumped his gas and then continued to sit in his truck afterwards. When approached he blew me off and rudely shooed me away and would not speak to me nor move. Doesn’t take much to just have common courtesy, should probably consider having more care in who represents your company

My scooter broke down an Airport Pulling road and I called Naples Towing & Recovery. It was a weekend so I paid a fair rate and was very pleased with the prompt and professional response from driver Jacque. 5 stars!!! I will happily recommend you guys to anyone needing a tow.

super fast service, I called in to tow a A frame trailer with a broken axel. They find for me a trailer service in the proximity, then they call them up, 10 min later the trailer was on the way to the shop.Great serviceTop Choice Windows and Doors
